Synopsis

Deokman (later known as Queen Seon Deok) was born as a twin but was abandoned as a baby. She was later brought back to the Silla palace, where she joined forces with her twin sister Princess Cheonmyeng to oppose Mi-shil, who wanted to seize power. Mi-shil devised sinister plans to have the two Silla princesses exiled from the kingdom, and in a secretive battle, Princess Chonmyong was assassinated by Mi-shil. However, Princess Deokman shrewdly enlisted the help of General Kim Yusin and eliminated her archenemy Mi-shil. She became the first female ruler of the Silla kingdom.

Baik Deokman (Lee Yo-won) maupun Yushin (Uhm Tae-woong) tidak melepaskan diri dari perasaan bersalah atas kejadian yang menimpa Putri Cheonmyeong (Park Ye-jin). Begitu Deokman mengucapkan isi hatinya, Yushin cuma bisa berlutut sambil menangis.

Yushin mengira waktu bisa mendinginkan Deokman, namun dirinya keliru. Tekad Deokman untuk kembali ke Seorabol demi membalas dendam justru semakin kuat, kepergiannya sempat dilihat oleh Bidam (Kim Nam-gil). Mengira Deokman hanya bercanda, Bidam cuma bisa terbengong-bengong melihat gadis itu dengan mantap melangkah pergi.

Saat tengah melihat-lihat suasana desa, dimana penduduk mulai bergosip seputar penyebab kematian Putri Cheonmyeong, tiba-tiba Bidam ditegur oleh Munno (Jung Ho-bin). Rupanya, sang guru hendak mengajaknya meneruskan perjalanan mereka berkelana.

Namun begitu Bidam menyebut berniat menolong nangdo yang pernah diselamatkannya, Munno melihat ketulusan di mata muridnya. Sempat teringat dengan kejadian di masa lalu saat baru saja menyelamatkan Sohwa (Seo Young-hee), Munno akhirnya mengijinkan Bidam menjalankan niatnya dan menyusul setelah semuanya selesai.

Setelah pemakaman Putri Cheonmyeong selesai, Alcheon (Lee Seung-hyo) mendadak muncul di istana dengan pakaian lengkap hwarang dan riasan wajah. Dengan lantang, ia berlutut didepan istana sambil menyerukan supaya Raja Jinpyeong mengusut tuntas penyebab kematian sang putri.

Mishil tidak kalah cerdik, ia menggelar rapat kabinet bersama para petinggi istana mulai dari Sejong (Dok Go-young), Eulje (Shin Goo), Kim Seohyeon (Jung Sung-mo), Yongchun (Do Yi-sung), Hojae (Go Yoon-hoo), Hajong (Kim Jung-hyun), hingga Seolwon (Jun Noh-min). Dalam rapat tersebut, Mishil membelokkan kecurigaan pada kubu Eulje, yang dianggap bertanggung jawab atas kematian Putri Cheonmyeong.

Masih dalam keadaan berduka, Raja Jinpyeong yang lemah akhirnya menyebut kematian putrinya adalah karena kecelakaan. Dengan senyum penuh kemenangan, Seolwon memberitahu kabar tersebut pada Alcheon sambil mengancam bahwa semua tuduhan tak berdasar bakal berujung hukuman mati. Keruan saja, Alcheon sangat kecewa mendengar keputusan Raja Jinpyeong.

Begitu kembali ke kediamannya, Mishil berniat menghabisi Misaeng (Jung Woong-in) yang dianggap telah mengacaukan semua rencananya. Dengan nyawa berada di ujung tanduk, Misaeng ternyata mampu menyelamatkan dirinya dengan menjanjikan Mishil akan datangnya gerhana matahari dengan bantuan Wolcheon.

Setelah menyelesaikan masalah dengan adiknya, hal terakhir yang harus dibereskan Mishil adalah Seori (Song Ok-sook). Tidak memperdulikan nasehat sang pendeta agung, Mishil meninggalkan botol berisi racun sebelum pergi.

Merasa gagal dalam menjaga keselamatan Putri Cheonmyeong, Alcheon berniat bunuh diri. Namun sebelum sempat menghujamkan pisaunya, ia dihentikan oleh Deokman. Sempat meminta nangdo itu tidak ikut campur, Alcheon sangat terkejut mendengar Deokman memintanya untuk membantu membalas dendam dan langsung berlutut sambil menyatakan kesetiaannya.

Misi pertama Alcheon adalah mengantarkan surat ke Raja Jinpyeong dan menemui Ratu Maya (Yoon Yoo-sun) yang tengah terbaring sakit. Di istana, ia bertemu dengan Yushin yang baru kembali dan mengkuatirkan keadaan Deokman. Oleh Alcheon, Yushin diberitahu tempat dimana Deokman, yang tengah berusaha meyakinkan Bidam, bersembunyi.

Kecewa karena merasa tidak dilibatkan, Yushin cuma bisa terdiam ketika Deokman menyatakan alasannya : ia kuatir kalau kehadiran Yushin akan melemahkan tekadnya membalas semua perbuatan Mishil. Apalagi bila statusnya sebagai putri raja sudah pulih, hubungannya dengan Yushin bakal berubah drastis.

Berhasil menyusup masuk sebagai pelayan kuil untuk menemui Ratu Maya, langkah Deokman berikutnya adalah mengkonfrontir Seori. Saat ditodong pisau, mata Seori terbelalak saat samar-samar melihat bayangan Deokman sebagai seorang ratu. Belum selesai keterkejutannya, tiba-tiba Seori dikagetkan oleh kedatangan seseorang.

Meminta Deokman untuk bersembunyi supaya nyawanya selamat, Seori menyambut sang tamu yang tidak lain adalah Mishil. Setelah mengatakan bahwa Mishil tidak akan pernah menjadi seorang ratu, Seori meminum racun sambil menyampaikan pesan terakhir : satu-satunya orang yang bisa menyelamatkan Mishil adalah Guru Wolcheon dari kuil Hwadeok.

Rupanya sebelum meninggal, Seori sengaja bicara keras supaya Deokman yang tengah bersembunyi bisa mendengar semuanya. Setelah kembali ke persembunyiannya, Deokman berniat untuk menemukan orang yang disebut Seori. Tidak cuma itu, ia juga menyebut niat utamanya : menjadi penguasa Shilla.

Deok Man pergi. Yu Shin bertanya apa yang akan ia lakukan jika ia menolak keinginan mendiang kakaknya. Kim Yu Shin berkata Cheon Myeong mengkhawatirkan Deok Man sampai nafas terakhirnya. Deok Man berteriak, inilah alasan mengapa ia tidak dapat mengikuti pesan kakaknya. Karena kekhawatirannya, maka Cheon Myeong menggantikannya mati. (Tirza: Kekhawatiran ..tidak akan menambah sehasta saja jalan hidupmu). Bagaimana aku dapat memenuhi keinginannya dan hidup bahagia. Kebahagian itu berakhir bersama Cheon Myeong. Sudah selesai untukku.

Kim Yu Shin benar2 terluka dengan kata2 Deok Man. Kim Yu Shin berkata insiden ini bukan salah Deok Man. Deok Man berkata, bukan salah Yu Shin juga. Tapi Deok Man sekarang tidak sanggup memandang mata Kim Yu Shin tanpa merasa bersalah, demikian juga Yu Shin tidak akan sanggup menatap mataku.

Deok Man berkata biarpun ini bukan salah mereka, mereka tidak bisa bersama. Kim Yu Shin untuk pertama kalinya patah hati dan menangis bahwa cinta mereka akan seperti ini. (Tirza: it's so sad watching him cried like that..)

Cheon Myeong mendapat penghormatan terakhir. Masyarakat Silla datang memberi hormat dan berlutut di depan petinya. Seol Won Rang, Kim Seo Hyeon, Alcheon berjaga. Semua penduduk menangisi Cheon Myeong.

Mi Shil dan rombongannya bertemu Ratu Maya di koridor. Ratu Maya sangat lemah sehingga lengannya ditopang oleh dayangnya. Mi Shil menyalami Ratu dan mengekspresikan duka citanya. Ratu mengeluarkan kemarahannya. Ratu murka. Dan mulai mengutuk Mi Shil dengan kekuasaannya. Ratu berteriak pada Mi Shil.

Ratu : Kau perempuan celaka!

Semua kaget. Ha Jong bertanya bagaimana Ratu dapat begitu kasar pada Mi Shil.

Ratu : Perempuan, kau juga akan mati. Semua yang kau miliki akan diambil dari padamu, dan reputasimu akan hancur dan mati mengenaskan dan sendirian, seperti itulah kau akan menemui ajalmu. Mi Shil benar2 shock dengan kutukan Ratu Maya.

Ratu : Kau tidak dapat tidur. Saat kau mencoba untuk makan, kau tidak bisa. Saat kau mencoba untuk hidup, kau tidak dapat. Dan kau akan hidup seperti mayat hidup tanpa roh. Bahkan saat kau mencoba berteriak, kau tidak akan dapat mengeluarkan satu patah kata pun. Begitulah kau akan melihat kematianmu. Kau tidak akan memiliki makam dengan namamu, tidak akan ada kuburan untuk jasadmu dan akan lenyap dari sejarah tanpa jejak, kau perempuan celaka! Tunggu saja bahwa dalam sejarah namamu tidak akan tercatat. Tidak akan ditemukan satu karakterpun dalam buku2.

Ratu jatuh pingsan. Se Jong datang memeriksa Ratu, Mi Shil terlihat benar2 terganggu dengan kutukan Ratu.

Kim Yu shin menemui Deok Man dan berkata ia benar. Bagaimanapun ia tetap berkeras agar Deok Man meninggalkan Silla demi alasan keamanan. Deok Man berkata dia tidak akan meninggalkan Silla dan dia akan tinggal di Silla. Deok Man mungkin akan mati di Silla. Deok man berkata, ia akan menemukan cara agar ia tidak mati di Silla. Kim Yu shin bertanya apa yang akan ia lakukan.

Deok Man : "Silla..Aku akan menguasai Silla."

Deok man berkata Mi Shil adalah fokusnya. Ia akan mengalahkan Mi Shil dengan cara Mi Shil sendiri. Deok Man terus berpikirkeras dan Yu Shin duduk di dekatnya. Kim Yu Shin tertidur dan saat bangun Deok Man tidak ada.

Deok Man berjalan dan Bi Dam mengikutinya. Bi Dam bertanya apa rencananya. Deok Man berkata ia akan pergi ke Seorabeol. Bi Dam menahan Deok Man. Semua yang mencarimu ada di Seorabeol, mengapa kau justru mau pergi kesana? Deok Man bertanya apa Bi Dam mau ikut dengannya dan melakukan petualangan dengannya. Itu membuat Bi Dam tertarik. Kim Yu shin mencari Deok Man dan teringat dengan keinginan Deok Man untuk menguasai Silla. Dan Bi Dam tertawa dengan rencana Deok Man, dia merasa Deok Man bercanda.

Deok Man berkata, jika Bi Dam tertarik temui aku di tempat minum di pasar Gwonwon, di sebelah timur kota. Bi Dam tahu bahwa Deok Man serius. Jika Bi Dam tidak bersedia, maka persahabatan mereka berakhir sampai disini.

Bi Dam mendengar gosip politik di pasar. Orang2 berkata sejak kematian Putri Cheon Myeong, keluarga Raja benar2 dalam bahaya, karena Raja tidak memiliki penerus takhta. Yang berhak naik takhta adalah Se Jong suami Mi Shil. Jika itu benar, maka Mi Shil memang ada di balik kematian Cheon Myeong. Salah seorang berkata itu omong kosong dan jangan sembarangan, nanti akan celaka. Mereka juga mendengar bahwa Ratu mengutuk Mi shil. Bi Dam bergabung dan berkata itu benar, bahkan dia menyaksikannya sendiri. Moon Noh lewat dan memanggil Bi Dam.

Moon Noh bertanya apa yang terjadi dengan kapal yang diminta Bi Dam padanya. Moon Noh merasa Bi Dam mencoba bohong padanya. Bi Dam berkata kali ini ia benar2 ingin membantu orang2 itu. Moon Noh bertanya apa Bi Dam tulus, Bi Dam mengiyakan. Moon noh berkata, mereka akan pergi, ia minta Bi Dam bersiap.

Moon Noh ingat insiden 20 th yll, saat ia menyelamatkan So Hwa dan bayi Deokman. Moon Noh memberi instruksi pada So Hwa apa yang harus dilakukannya. So Hwa mematuhinya. Moon Noh juga berkata bayi ini akan kembali ke Silla untuk melakukan hal yang besar. Moon Noh berkata Raja Jinpyeong tidak mengerti apa yang telah ia lihat. Bersama Moon Noh ada balita, itu adalah Bi Dam kecil. Bi Dam mengelus kepala Deok Man. Moon Noh tersenyum dan berkata Bi Dam menyukai Deok Man.

Moon Noh bertanya apa yang dipikirkan Bi Dam. Bi Dam ingin membantu orang dengan seragam nangdo itu (Deok Man). Bi Dam berkata ia benar2 ingin membantunya. Moon Noh tahu Bi Dam tulus dan sunguh2. Bi Dam minta ijin Moon Noh dan Moon Noh meluluskannya. Moon Noh berkata, ia akan menulis surat Ahm Yeo. (Ahm Yeo, surat dengan kode rahasia, kaya yang di the davinci code)

Al Cheon melakukan Nangjang dengan beberapa Nangdonya di Daehwajeon. Dae Pung dan Guk San Heun dari Yonghwa juga ikut. Mereka berlutut dan berteriak pada Dewan Kerajaan untuk mengusut kematian Cheon Myeong. Raja yang sedang menemani Ratu mendapat laporan Kim Yong Chu mengenai Al Cheon. Seol Won menghalangi akses yang lain. Se Jong mengadakan pertemuan dengan Raja. Raja, Eul Jae, Kim Yong Chu, ha Jong, Se Jong, dan Mi Shil bertemu untuk membahas permohonan Al Cheon. Mi shil berakting seolah-olah ia tidak bersalah atas kematian Cheon Myeong. Mi shil menyalahkan Eul Jae yang ingin membunuh Deok Man. Mi Shil berkata mereka harus menjawab keinginan Hwarang.

Kapten Hwarang yang lain merasa tindakan Al Cheon tidak ada gunanya. Seok Bum mengungkap bahwa sebenarnya Putri Cheon Myeong itu kembar dan Putri ada di sana untuk menyelamatkan adik kembarnya. Bo Jong berkata bahwa mereka disana mungkin untuk membunuh adik kembar Cheon Myeong dan bertanya apa ia benar. Im Jong diam.

Se Jong menanyakan misi rahasia Cheon Myeong. Kim Yong Chu berusaha menutupinya. Kim Seo Hyeon juga membela Yu Shin. Seol won berkata saat Putri Cheon Myeong meninggal, ia mendapat laporan bahwa Kim Yu Shin, Deok Man dan Al Cheon ada bersama-sama. Se jOng ingin mereka membawa Deok Man hidup2 tapi Eul Jae malah ingin ia mati. Mi Shil bertanya pada Raja apa yang akan Baginda lakukan. Mi Shil berkata ia dapat saja mencari pelakunya tapi Cheon myeong meninggal karena melindungi adik kembarnya. Jika Baginda membiarkan masalah ini, mereka akan melupakan juga. Raja memaksa dirinya untuk menyatakan bahwa Putri Cheon Myeong meninggal karena kecelakaan. Ini akan mengakhiri pertikaian ke-2 kubu. Mi Shil juga tidak punya pilihan selain membiarkan masalah ini berlalu.

Seol won Rang menyampaikan keputusan Raja pada Al Cheon. Tak Seorangpun yang akan mengungkap masalah ini jadi jika Al Cheon meneruskan permohonannya maka akan dianggap sebagai pemberontakan. Al Cheon tidak dapat menerima keputusan bahwa Putri Cheon Myeong meninggal karena kecelakaan.

Mi Shil terlihat terpukul saat Seol Won berkata ini susah tapi mereka harus memotong kekalahan dan membangun lagi dengan kesempatan lain. Mi shil menanyakan Dae Nam Bo. Seol Won berkata dia ke Cina untuk membawa Kim Chun Chu pulang.

Mi Shil mengikat dan mengarahkan pedang pada Mi Saeng. Mi shil memberikan racun pada Mi Saeng dan minta ia meminumnya. Mi Saeng : "Bagaimana kau bisa melakukan ini, aku kan adikmu?" Mi Shil berkata : Aku bahkan menyingkirkan darah dagingku (Bi Dam) sendiri dan apa artinya saudara kandung? Mi Shil akan menyingkirkan orang yang tidak berguna dan tidak patuh kepadanya. Mi Saeng memohon pada kakaknya untuk memberinya kesempatan lain. Mi Saeng berkata Seo Ri yang memintanya melakukan hal ini. Mi Shil tidak mengerti mengapa Mi Saeng percaya pada Seo Ri yang rendah jabatannya. Mi Saeng berkata Seo Ri mendapati bahwa Bintang Pisces akan bertabrakan dengan Gemini. (Tirza; ekspresi Mi Saeng saat akan disuruh minum racun lucu sekali..)

Mi Shil marah dan berkata bagaimana Seo Ri dapat berpikir bahwa Mi Shil akan hancur, Mi Shil berkata itu omong kosong. Apa kau tahu kesempatan apa yang hilang dengan kematian Cheon Myeong?

Mi Saeng dengan intelegensianya berkata pada Mi Shil, tidak ada jalan lain, mereka harus mengusahakan gerhana matahari. Pendeta Wyol Cheon akan melakukan kalkulasi gerhana matahari. Mi saeng berkata Mi Shil harus mengambil kesempatan ini. Mi shil tahu susah memprediksi gerhana matahari. Mi Saeng membujuk Mi shil, ia benar2 memerlukan kepandaiannya dan tanpa Seo Ri atau tanpa Mi Saeng bagaimana Mi Shil dapat menjalankan rencananya. Mi saeng memohon Mi shil mengampuninya hanya satu kali ini saja dan dia tidak akan mengulang kesalahannya lagi, ia berjanji.

Mi shil mengunjungi Seo Ri. Seo Ri berkata Mi Shil berubah dan menjadi arogan serta melawan kehendak langit. Mi Shil berkata Seo Ri-lah yang berkata bahwa ia memiliki kehendak langit. Seo Ri membenarkan, tapi kehendak langit tidak selamanya berada pada seseorang, kemurahan langit dapat diambil dari orang itu. Tidak selamanya seseorang mendapatkan kemurahan Tuhan. Mi shil tidak suka dengan apa yang ia dengar, ia juga teringat perkataan Cheon Myeong padanya. Seo ri dengan tulus berkata agar Mi shil tidak meremehkan apa yang dapat dilakukan langit. Mi Shil mengerti, tapi Mi Shil menawarkan racun pada Seo Ri untuk diinum. Seo Ri menaikkan alisnya mendengar kata2 Mi Shil. (Ombak yang terdahulu akan tergulung oleh ombak yang datang kemudian)

Al Cheon merasa sakit hati dan pergi ke hutan. Dia tidak dapat mencari keadilan untuk Cheon Myeong. Al Cheon berlutut dan menyembah pada langit dan ia berlutut untuk melakukan ritual bunuh diri (Tirza: seperti Samurai yang melakukan seppuku). Al cheon bersiap menusukkan pedang pendeknya ke perutnya saat seseorang datang dan mengejutkan Al Cheon.

Pihak Mi Shil menyalahkan Seol Won karena gagal membawa Deok Man . Ha Jong bertanya apa Seol Won melakukannya dengan sengaja. Mereka berdebat dan Mi Shil datang. Mi Shil berkata agar mereka tidak saling mencurigai. Mi shil percaya bahwa dilihat dari karakter Deok Man, ia pasti akan muncul ke Seorabeol. Deok Man sendiri akan mengungkap keberadaan si kembar, Mi Shil menunggu Deok Man muncul di Seorabeol.

Deok Man datang menghentikan Al Cheon. Al Cheon kaget tapi ia minta Deok Man minggir. Deok Man berkata Al cheon benar2 tidak menghormatinya. Deok Man berkata bahkan Mi Shil tidak mengakuinya, Keluarga Raja juga menyangkal keberadaannya, dia tanya apa Al Cheon mengakuinya. Al Cheon berkata pada Deok Man bahwa akan sangat bahaya jika Deok Man tetap di Silla. Al Cheon ditanya, apa ia mencemaskan Deok Man atau Silla sebagai bangsa. Deok Man berkata ia tidak akan lari. Deok Man bersumpah ia akan melanjutkan hidupnya dan menjadi Putri Silla dan menjadi Puteri yang berkuasa atas Hwa Rang. Deok Man memerintah Al cheon untuk tetap hidup. Al Cheon merasa sangat bersalah telah gagal melindungi Cheon Myeong. Dia merasa malu.

Deok Man minta Al Cheon untuk berdamai dengan rasa bersalahnya, karena dia juga sudah berdamai dengan rasa bersalahnya, jika Al Cheon ingin mati, hiduplah dengan perasaan bersalah itu bahwa kau harus tetap bertahan dan berdamai atau menerima semua kesalahan dan keputusasaan di dalam hatimu. Deok Man sebagai penguasa Hwa Rang memerintahkan Al Cheon untuk berdamai dengan dirinya sendiri.

Al Cheon bersumpah bahwa dia dan resimennya mengakui Deok Man sebagai penguasa Hwa Rang dan akan menghormati dan mematuhi perintahnya. Deok Man mengepalkan tangannya dengan keyakinan dan dia sudah selangkah maju. Ratu masih sakit, Raja memohon isterinya agar siuman dan menemaninya karena ia merasa kesepian. Eul Jae dan Kim Yong Chu datang menghadap. Eul Jae datang untuk menasihati Raja bahwa Raja harus kuat demi kepentingan bangsa. Yang paling penting adalah mereka perlu segera memperkuat Keluarga Raja. Raja tidak begitu peduli dengan perkataan Eul Jae. Eul Jae berkata mereka harus mengangkat Kim Chun Chu sebagai pewaris takhta. Ini untuk membuat kematian Cheon Myeong tidak sia-sia.

Raja memecat Eul Jae dari posisi Menterinya. Raja tidak pernah meragukan kesetiaan Eul Jae pada keluarga Raja bahkan Raja tidak pernah menanyakan misi rahasianya tanpa berkonsultasi dengan Raja. Raja mengikuti semua nasihat Eul Jae, tapi Raja tidak tahan melihat Eul Jae. Eul Jae berusaha menjelaskan, tapi Raja untuk pertama kalinya memperlihatkan kemarahannya, Raja tidak ingin mendengar satupun karena ia dan keluarganya-lah yang harus menderita demi kelangsungan Keluarga Raja. Raja bahkan tidak mampu melindungi anak-anaknya sendiri, isterinya Ratu Maya sakit parah. Raja minta Eul Jae pergi dari hadapannya.

(Eul Jae akan dipecat dari jabatan kementeriannya, kemudian diturunkan semua jabatan dan statusnya, aristokrat menjadi orang biasa)

Kim Yong Chu meminta Raja mengampuni Eul Jae. Eul Jae menghormati Raja dan pergi tanpa membela dirinya. Eul Jae meminta maaf pada mendiang Raja Jinheung karena ia tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan terakhirnya. Eul Jae meminta maaf pada Raja Jipyeong karena tidak dapat melayaninya lagi karena semua kekurangannya dan mengharap agar Raja panjang umur. Raja melihat dari jauh saat Eul jae meninggalkan istana.

Raja jatuh karena semua bebannya. Kemudian ia melihat Al Cheon. Raja mendekati Al Cheon yang berada di pintu masuk balairung utama. Al Cheon memberi salam pada Raja. Raja sangat terkejut menerima surat itu. Al Cheon juga datang untuk menemui Ratu Maya. Dayang pribadi Ratu berkata Ratu sedang sakit tidak mungkin menemui Al Cheon. Al Cheon berkeras untuk bertemu Ratu Maya.

Kim Yu Shin menemui Guk San Heun dan bertanya apa ia melihat Al Cheon. Al Cheon berlari mendatanginya dan Yu Shin bertanya apa Al Cheon bertemu Deok Man. Deok Man sedang memulai sesuatu dan dia harus mencarinya. Sementara itu, Deok Man bertanya apa Bi Dam akan bergabung dengan resimennya. Bi Dam ingin tahu apa rencana Deok Man sebelum dia memutuskan bergabung. Deok Man berkata bahwa Bi Dam benar2 kasar dan Bi Dam harus menghormatinya. Bi Dam bertanya apa dia harus mengikuti aturan protokoler itu. Deok Man berkata ia mungkin kelihatan asing tapi ia tetap Putri Raja dari negri Silla, apa Bi Dam tidak dapat membedakannya. Bi Dam tidak pernah peduli dengan politik negri ini. Bahkan jika Raja sendiri berdiri di depannya, dia tetap tidak tahu bagaimana bereaksi dan tidak peduli apa itu Raja dan negara. Deok Man berkata tidak peduli siapa yang berdiri di depannya Bi Dam tetap tidak takut. Bi Dam berkata ketakutan tidak ada dalam kamusku.

Deok Man berkata Bi Dam percaya diri dan dapat mengeluarkan perasaannya. Bi Dam merasa ia bahkan tidak tahu bagaimana perasaannya dan siapa yang akan tertarik dengan apa yang ia rasakan. Deok Man berkata sampai ia mengatakannya, Bi Dam tidak perlu mengikuti protokoler kepadanya. Mereka dapat berbicara dengan normal seperti biasanya. Bi Dam berkata itu tidak sulit dilakukan. Deok Man bertanya apa ia begitu percaya diri sehingga tidak takut pada apapun. Bi Dam mengiyakan sampai Kim Yu Shin menerobos ke dalam kamar dengan sedikit kesal kemudian menyeret Deok Man keluar.

Kim Yu Shin bertanya apa yang sedang dilakukan Deok Man. Kim Yu Shin berkata tidak peduli dalam hidup atau mati, dia akan bersama Deok Man dan ia ingin tahu apa yang direncanakan Deok Man. Apa ia ingin mencoba membunuh Mi Shil, atau mencoba memperoleh posisinya sebagai Putri Raja atau Deok Man ingin membalas dendam pada Silla yang telah membuangnya. Bahkan, jika memang benar, Seorabeol tetap berbahaya untuk Deok Man. Kim Yu shin ingin mengajaknya pergi saat Deok Man berkata, ia benar2 tidak tahu apa ia harus memasukkan Kim Yu Shin dalam rencananya, dia tidak tahu. Kim Yu Shin berkata tidak peduli akan seperti apa, dia akan selalu bersamanya.

Deok Man berkata bahwa semangatnya akan melemah jika ia bersama Kim Yu Shin. Deok Man berkata mulai sekarang sampai seterusnya, Kim Yu shin tidak akan pernah bisa membelai rambutnya, tidak akan bisa memanggil namanya, tidak akan pernah bisa memeluknya atau tidak akan bisa memegang tangannya. Kim Yu Shin melepaskan genggamannya pada tangan Deok Man dan Deok Man pergi meninggalkan Kim Yu Shin yang putus asa dibelakang. Deok Man berkata pada dirinya sendiri yang terbaik hanya menyimpan Kim Yu Shin dalam hatinya saja. (Tirza: lagunya bagus banget...cocok dengan scene-nya)

Raja mengunjungi Ratu Maya yang sudah mulai sadar tapi masih sakit dan dengan dayangnya akan mengunjungi kuil istana. Raja tidak setuju isterinya pergi karena baru pulih. Ratu berkeras dia harus berdoa di kuil karena ia tidak menghadiri pemakaman Cheon Myeong, paling tidak ia dapat berdoa untuk Cheon Myeong. Raja akhirnya memberi ijin, asal Ratu dapat merasa lebih baik lakukan saja.

Dalam Kuil, Ratu Maya bertanya mengenai Pendeta Agung Seo Ri tapi pelayan Kuil berkata Seo Ri sakit dan tidak dapat menghadap Ratu. Ratu Maya mengerti dan ia sendirian berdoa untuk Cheon Myeong dan minta agar tak seorangpun masuk ke Kuil, dia hanya meminta pelayannya untuk menemaninya. Saat Ratu memasuki Kuil, hanya satu orang dayang yang mengikuti Ratu dari belakang. Ratu berlutut di depan altar. Ratu Maya bertanya mengapa ia kembali. Dayang itu adalah Deok Man. Deok Man mendengar Ratu sakit keras. Ratu Maya memanggil Deok Man sebagai anaknya tersayang. Saat Ratu mendengar berita dari Al Cheon, dia langsung sadar dan sembuh dari sakitnya.

Ratu Maya bertanya apa tujuan Deok Man berada di Seorabeol. Deok Man ingin pergi ke ruang bawah tanah di kuil yang sudah ditemukan Cheon Myeong. Ratu Maya tidak mengerti, mengapa Deok Man ingin kesana, apa yang ia rencanakan. Deok Man berkata ia perlu mencari sesuatu. Ratu takut dia mungkin akan kehilangan Deok Man dengan semua petualangannya ini. Ratu Maya bertanya apa yang ingin dicapai Deok Man.

Seo Ri memegang racun yang harus diminumnya saat ia mendengar keributan, kemudian seorang pelayan istana masuk dan ternyata itu Deok Man! Seo Ri kaget. Deok Man menodongkan pisau ke arah Seo Ri. Seo Ri marah, beraninya Deok Man muncul di sini. Deok Man berkata, Seo Ri adalah pelayan Tuhan tapi dalam Kuil istana ada ruangan rahasia dan menggunakan tipuan untuk menipu orang2 dan berkata bahwa itu adalah kehendak langit. Deok Man berkata mereka telah memanipulasi kehendak langit untuk mempertahankan ketakutan rakyat, maka ia tidak pantas melayani surga. Seo Ri bertanya apa Deok Man akan membunuhnya. Deok Man berkata membunuh orang sepertinya tidak berharga.

Kemudian Seo Ri mendapat penglihatan, ia melihat Deok Man mengenakan Mahkota Kerajaan Silla dan ia terkejut. Deok Man bertanya siapa orang dibelakang ritual Dae Myeong Ryeol tapi Seo Ri masih merasa shock dengan apa yang ia lihat. Seo Ri bergumam tentang apakah Deok Man adalah bintang Gaeyang. Deok Man tidak mengerti apa bintang Gaeyang. Seo ri masih bergumam, benar Deok Man adalah orangnya. Tiba2 ada suara pintu terbuka, Seo Ri berubah hatinya dan minta Deok Man bersembunyi dibelakang layar. Deok Man bersembunyi tepat saat Mi Shil masuk ke dalam ruangan untuk bertanya terakhir kalinya apakah Seo Ri akan mematuhinya dan memberikan kesetiannya untuk Mi Shil. Seo Ri sebaliknya memberi nasihat terakhir pada Mi Shil, jika Mi Shil menangkap Deok Man, ia harus segera membunuhnya.

Mi Shil tidak mengerti maksud Seo Ri. Deok Man menggenggam pisaunya dengan erat. Seo Ri berkata bukan takdir Mi Shil untuk menjadi Ratu negri ini. Mi Shil kesal dengan perkataan Seo Ri. Seo Ri mendesah dia tidak punya hak dan kemurahan Tuhan sudah berakhir atas Mi Shil tapi Seo Ri tidak ingin menyaksikannya saat hari itu datang. Seo ri mengambil racun dan meminumnya dan dengan nafas terakhirnya Seo Ri berteriak ke arah Mi Shil, sebenarnya untuk Deok Man, bahwa orang di belakang ritual Dae Myeong ryeol adalah pendeta Wyol Cheon dari kuil Hwa Deok.

Mi shil heran apa yang dimaksud Seo Ri. Deok Man mendengarnya. Seo Ri meninggal. Mi Saeng masuk dan melihat Seo Ri yang telah meninggal. Mi Saeng berkata tanpa Seo Ri apa yang akan dilakukan Mi Shil. Mi Shil keluar begitu saja, Mi Saeng mengejar kakaknya. Mi shil berkata mereka harus membuat rencana yang melibatkan gerhana matahari.

Mi Shil mengunjungi pendeta Wyol Cheon untuk menentukan tanggal dan hari gerhana matahari dan minta adiknya mengikutinya. Deok Man keluar dari persembunyiannya dan memandang jenazah Seo Ri dan berpikir betapa jahatnya Mi Shil pada anak buahnya. Al Cheon dan Kim Yu Shin berjalan di keramaian saat mereka menyadari telah diikuti. Mereka berhasil mengecoh penguntitnya. Ternyata mereka anak buah Bo Jong, Bo Jong berkata, mereka itu kapten Hwarang jadi kalau ingin mengikuti mereka, kalian harus menggunakan taktik yang lain.

Deok Man mengumpulkan orang2nya. Deok Man berkata mereka harus ke kuil Hwa Deok. Bi Dam dan Kim Yu shin bertanya untuk apa ke sana. Mereka harus mendapatkan seseorang di sana. Sementara itu, di kuil Hwa Deok, sekelompok orang mengepung kuil. Pemimpinnya bernama Wyol Ya dan memberi perintah mereka akan bergerak menuju kuil di malam hari. Orang yang lain adalah Seo Ji pemimpin para pemberontak di Gaya. Mereka juga menginginkan Wyol Cheon.

Wyol Cheon mengobati So Hwa dan Joo Bang dan Go Do terus memohon pada Wyol Cheon untuk dibebaskan. Go Do ingin ke istana karena Putri Cheon Myeong meninggal. Joo Bang berkata tampaknya So Hwa tidak juga membaik. Kim Yu Shin heran saat tahu mereka harus menculik pendeta Wyol Cheon. Deok Man ingin menyingkirkan kemampuan surgawi Mi shil. Kim Yu Shin bertanya apa yang ingin diraih Deok Man dengan semua ini. Deok Man ingat suratnya untuk Raja Jinpyeong.

Deok Man : Yang Mulia, putri ke-2 anda, Putri negri ini, Deok Man...tidak seorangpun di Silla termasuk Raja Jinpyeong menyambut kehadiranku, jadi aku akan berusaha meraih statusku, sebagai anak Raja Jinpyeong, Putri negri ini, keturunan Seonggol di negri ini.

Deok Man mengatakan rencananya pada ibunya. Deok Man ingin memperoleh hak untuk tinggal di Gyerim tanpa alasan, itu akan memungkinkan Deok Man untuk hidup sebagai anak dari Ratu Maya.

Kemudian Bi Dam bertanya apa rencana Deok Man dan ia ingin ikut dengannya.

Deok Man : Aku akan menguasai Silla

Kemudian saat Kim Yu Shin menanyakan tujuannya, Deok Man dengan dingin menjawab,

Deok Man : Takhta..Aku akan menjadi penguasa Silla, dengan cara yang sama yang dipakai Mi shil untuk mengambil dan menguasai negri ini.


Synopsis/summary of Episode 25

Deok Man stood up then looking at the comb snaps & break the comb into 2 & throw the pieces into the water as it surprise Kim Yu Shin

Kim Yu Shin: Why are you acting this way?

Deok Man: Her final words that was left by my sister…..I will not abide her wishes…no that not it…I refuse to adhere them

Deok man leaves as Kim Yu shin asked what she is going to do if she refuse to adhere her sister’s wishes. Deok Man said that he would not abide to her wishes as she unable to follow it through. Kim Yu Shin said that the Princess Cheon Myeong was worried about her until the very end of her breathe. Deok Man shout that that is the real reason why she can’t adhere to her sister’s wishes. It is because of her worries that Cheon Myeong took her place in death as replacement. How will she able to abide & adhere by living a normal & ordinary life as a woman or common folk in happiness. That happiness had ended with her. Deok Man can no longer able to savour happiness, it is over for her. Kim Yu Shin is really hurt by Deok Man’s words. Kim Yu Shin tells her that this incident is none of her fault, that Cheon Myeong’s passing is none of her fault. Deok Man said that it is also not Kim Yu Shin’s fault either but Deok Man now can’t able to see Kim Yu Shin in the eye out of guilt, it will be the same for Kim Yu Shin as he can’t bear to look Deok Man at the eye. Deok Man said that even if this is none of their fault, they can’t come together in embrace. Kim Yu Shin for the 1st time broke down & cried that their love is not meant to be.

Bi Dam add lip to concur that it is true & he had witness the whole truth with his own eyes. Everybody eager to hear the piece of that news as Bi Dam goes on his story telling to listening ears when Moon Noh pass by & call Bi Dam & asked what he is idlily away in the market place & to come follow him. Bi Dam follow Moon Noh but the other villager wants to more of the rumours as Bi Dam confirm to them it is true

Moon Noh asked of what happened to the boat that Bi Dam request from him that he wanted to help the people in Yangji Village. Moon Noh recalls the incident 20 years ago where he managed to escape with So Hwa & infant Deok Man on horseback being pursuit by the injure Chil Sook. Moon Noh tells So Hwa that this infant child as she will return to Silla to accomplish great deeds, so she must look after the child. So Hwa said that she only have instruction from King Jinpyeong to help her to survive. Moon Noh said that King Jinpyeong doesn’t know the foreseen future that may bring. The toddler Bi Dam was with them as the toddler Bi Dam goes to stroke the infant Deok Man. Moon Noh tells that does Bi Dam finds infant Deok Man cute

Back to the present, Moon Noh asked what is Bi Dam thinking in such deep thoughts. Bi Dam is thinking of the people he is trying to help. Moon Noh asked which if it was the Hwa Rang (Kim Yu Shin). Mi Shil had no other choice to leave this issue at rest as it will also jeopardise their status if there is inquiry. Mi Shil declare that the Hwabaek Council is deem void & no mentioned of argument of this issue will be brought up & it is settle as it is. Mi Shil & her entourage leaves as both sides didn’t gain no advantage on Cheon Myeong’s death. Seol Won Rang tells Al Cheon that King Jinpyeong had declare that Cheon Myeong death is an accident, so no one will bring or probe into the matter as Al Cheon’s plea is deem void. Al Cheon feeling deject goes to the woods to commit suicide as couldn’t seek justice for Cheon Myeong’s death. Meanwhile Mi Shil’s camp Ha Jong is throwing the blame at Seol Won Rang that he had lost Deok Man & that is why the matter had come to this mess. Ha Jong blames that that Seol Won Rang bungled they have missed a golden opportunity to reveal the existence of the twin princess. Ha Jong asked how Seol Won Rang going to rectify his blunder. Ha Jong express disappointment with Seol Won Rang & asked if Seol Won Rang done this on purpose. Seol Won Rang what are they trying to imply as Se Jong concur that the suspicion itself has some truth in that. Se Jong tells that Seol Won Rang thinks that he will not gain any benefit if Se Jong was made King. Seol Won Rang is not please with that argument as Mi Shil asked what are they bickering about.

Eul Jae comes to advice King Jinpyeong that he needs to be strong for the nation. The most important thing is that they need to establish the stronghold of the power of the Royal Household. King Jinpyeong is not taking kindly or seem to have some resentment to what Eul Jae has to say or advice that they need to find an heir apparent to his throne as the people are grieving & mourning over the death of Princess Cheon Myeong, Eul Jae suggest that they need to siege on public sentiment & sympathy to make their move to stabilise the Royal Household. Eul Jae said that they need to make Kim Chun Chu as the heir apparent. Eul Jae said that let not have Cheon Myeong die in vain as she sacrifice her life to preserve the Royal Household

King Jinpyeong commands & fires Eul Jae from his Ministerial position in Bung Gu Ba Chik then Sak Tal Gwan Chik. King Jinpyeong never question Eul Jae’s loyalty to the Royal Household nor King Jinpyeong ever question his stealth movement without consulting the King that he did behind his back. King Jinpyeong faints as the strain had got into him. Then he notice Al Cheon. King Jinpyeong approaches Al Cheon who was in the entrance of the Grand hall. Al Cheon greets King Jinpyeong as King Jinpyeong asked if he has something to say to him. Al Cheon hands King Jinpyeong a letter. King Jinpyeong ask what is the content of the letter. Al Cheon tells that he had been order to deliver the letter to King Jinpyeong. King Jinpyeong reads the letter. It is from Deok Man

Deok Man: Your highness, your 2nd daughter, Princess of this nation, Deok Man……

King Jinpyeong is surprise to receive her letter. Al Cheon also comes to seek audience with to Queen Maya as he need to see her at once. Queen Maya personal palace maid said that currently it is difficult to see Queen Maya. Al Cheon insist that he need to see Queen Maya

Kim Yu Shin finds Guk San Heun & asked if he had seen Al Cheon. Al Cheon comes running as Kim Yu Shin asked whether Al Cheon has seen Deok Man. Kim Yu Shin said that Deok Man had started something in plans & he needs to look for her. Meanwhile Deok Man asked whether Bi Dam is going to join to her legions. Bi Dam wants to observe what Deok Man is planning to do before he decides. Deok Man tells that Bi Dam is indeed rude & he had to respect her in protocol. Bi Dam asked whether he needs to conform to that kind of protocols. Deok Man said that she may be estranged but still a Royal Princess of this nation of Silla, doesn’t Bi Dam had the slightest deterrence. Bi Dam never concerned or bother himself with politics or country. Even if the King stand in front of him, he still doesn’t know how to reacted & he doesn’t care less on what is King & Country. Deok Man said that he is confident & he can conceal his true feeling. Bi Dam said that he doesn’t even know how he is feeling & who will want to give concern or interest on how he feels. Deok Man tells until she said so, he doesn’t need to use protocol to address her. As for now they will conduct in normal conversation as before. Bi Dam said that it not hard to do. Deok Man asked whether he is so confident that he fears no one. Bio Dam affirms it as Kim Yu Shin comes barging into the room rather upset then drags Deok Man out in the open

Kim Yu Shin question what Deok man is trying to do. Kim Yu Shin said that whether in life or death, he will be with Deok Man & he wants Deok man to tell if she is planning to try to assassinate Mi Shil or Deok man is trying to reinstate her position as Royal Princess or else Deok Man is seeking revenge on Silla who had abandon her. Even if it so, Seorabeol is still a dangerous place for her to be in. Kim Yu Shin takes her to leave as Deok Man said that she really don’t know whether Deok man should include Kim Yu Shin in her plans or not, she doesn’t know. Kim Yu Shin said no matter what it may be, he always be with her & that he will do

Deok Man said that her spirit may be weakened if she were to have Kim Yu Shin. Deok Man tells that from now onwards, Kim Yu Shin will never able to stroke her hair; never will he able to call her by name; never will able to hold her in embrace or never be able to hold her hands. Kim Yu Shin drops his grip on Deok Man’s hand as Deok Man leaves, a distraught Kim Yu Shin behind. Deok Man to herself said that it is best that she only keep him in her heart

The serenading ballad song is really nice for this scene. I suppose that when Deok Man decided that she intend to be Queen Regnant of Silla, there is no room for love thus no place for Kim Yu Shin

King Jinpyeong comes to see Queen Maya who has regain consciousness but still gravely ill & with the support of her palace maid decided to go the Royal Celestial Shrine. King Jinpyeong is against his sick & weak Queen to do such effort activities after her slight recovery. Queen Maya insist that she must pray at the Royal Celestial Shrine as she didn’t attend to Cheon Myeong’s funeral due to her illness, the least she can do for her daughter is to pray for her reposed soul in the Royal Celestial Shrine so that she may rest in peace. King Jinpyeong said that Queen Maya may do so when she is feeling better. Queen Maya said she can’t, she must do so now as she need to sent Cheon Myeong to Nirvana & asked King Jinpyeong to allow her & promise him that she will return as soon as she send her daughter off in prayers

In the Royal Celestial Shrine, Queen Maya asked for High Priestess Seo Ri but the Shrine maid said that Seo Ri is gravely ill & can’t attend to Queen Maya. Queen Maya understand & she was to be alone to pray for Cheon Myeong reposed souls & asked no one to enter the Royal Celestial Shrine, she will noly have her palace maid to attend to her inside. As Queen Maya enters the Royal Celestial Shrine, only one palace maid follow her behind as Queen Maya kneels before the altar. Queen Maya asked why she had return. The palace maid is Deok Man. Deok Man had heard that Queen Maya was gravely ill. Queen Maya address Deok man as her beloved child. Queen Maya from the moment she heard from Al Cheon about her news, she regain consciousness from her illness

Queen Maya asked Deok Man, what her intention are being in Seorabeol. Deok Man wants to go to the basement of the Royal Celestial Shrine that Cheon Myeong had discovered. Queen Maya is concern why she needs to go there, what she wants to do there. Deok man said she needs to look for something. Queen Maya fears that she may lose Deok Man as well in these adventures that she put herself at risk. Queen Maya asked what Deok Man is trying to achieve from that.

Seo Ri with her poison potion as she contemplate when she heard noises, then a palace maid comes in & reveal it is Deok Man & surprise Seo Ri. Deok Man points a knife at Seo Ri. Seo Ri asked how dare Deok Man come here. Deok Man said that Seo Ri is the servitude of heaven & yet in the Royal Celestial Shrine there is such secret rooms & using these trickery to cheat people that it is heaven’s will. Deok Man said that they are manipulating heaven’s will to instill fear in the people therefore not qualified to serve heavens. Seo Ri asked whether Deok man is here to kill her. Deok Man said the likes of people like her is not worthwhile

Then Seo Ri had a vision that she sees Deok Man wearing the Silla Crown & is taken back. Deok man asked who is the person who decipher the Dae Myeong Ryeol as Seo Ri is so shock in what she see in her vision. Seo Ri mutter that whether it is by chance that Deok Man is the Gaeyang star. Deok Man wonders what is Gaeyang star all about. Seo Ri mutter that indeed that Deok Man is that person. Deok Man asked what is Seo Ri muttering about as she wants the answer to who decipher the Dae Myeong Ryeol. Suddenly the sound of the door opens as Seo Ri had a change of heart & asked Deok Man to go hide behind the screen. Deok man goes to hide behind the screen as Mi Shil comes in to asked for the last time whether Seo Ri will obey & give Mi Shil her loyalty. Seo Ri in turn also give Mi Shil her last advice that if Mi Shil ever capture the younger twin that Mi Shil needs to kill her instantly

Mi Shil doesn’t understand what Seo Ri is implying as Deok Man grips her knife tighter. Seo Ri tells that Mi Shil had reap more than enough political power but becoming the Queen of this nation is not destiny or fate. Mi Shil is upset that Seo Ri would come to dare to say such insubordination words to her about her fate & destiny & asked on which authority that give her the right to say anything about her destiny. Seo Ri sigh that she had no right as heaven will expire on Mi Shil but however Seo Ri really doesn’t want to witness that day when it comes. Seo Ri takes the poison then with her dying breathe shouts at Mi Shil but actually giving hints to Deok Man behind the screen about the person who decipher the Dae Myeong Ryeol is Abbot Wyol Cheon who reside in Hwa Deok temple will able to help her

Mi Shil wonder what Seo Ri is rattling in her dying breathe about Wyol Cheon & repeats it. Deok Man hears about Abbot Wyol Cheon in Hwa Deok temple as the person who decipher the Dae Myeong Ryeol. Seo Ri drops dead as Mi Saeng comes in to see a dead Seo Ri. Mi Saeng said that without Seo Ri what Mi Shil is going to do now without heaven’s support. Mi Shil just walk away. Mi Saeng chase after her sister & asked what she is going to do. Mi Shil plans that they will have to come up with the scheme that involves the solar eclipse

Mi Shil will go to see Abbot Wyol Cheon personally for the dates of the solar eclipse & asked her brother to follow her. Deok man came out of hiding only to see the dead Seo Ri lying in the floor & finds that Mi Shil is indeed ruthless with her subordinates & leaves . Al Cheon & Kim Yu Shin walking at the market place where they find that they are being followed & tries to lose their trackers. The tracker inform Bo Jong that they had lose sight of Al Cheon & Kim Yu Shin. Bo Jong tells them that they are Hwa rang captain that their following tactics must be of some standard in order not to sense that they are being followed

Deok Man comes to the gathering of her people of her legions. Deok Man tells them that they need to proceed to go to Hwa Deok temple. Bi Dam asked why the need to go there. Kim Yu Shin asked what she intend to go there for. They need to get someone from there. Kim Yu Shin asked who are they suppose to get from there. Meanwhile Hwa Deok temple, a group of people are surrounding the temple doing a recce. A leader is Wyol Ya as he orders that they will move into the temple at night fall. The other man is Seo Ji who was feature in the early episode as head of the Gaya refugee camp. They are also out to get Wyol Cheon

It looks like Wyol Cheon is a hot commodity. Wyol Cheon attending to treat So Hwa as Joo Bang & Go Do pleading Wyol Cheon for their release. Go Do said they need to return to the palace, since Cheon Myeong’s passing is so sudden that they need to go. Joo Bang said that Wyol Cheon is treating So Hwa with acupuncture but it seem that she doesn’t have any improvements or reacting to the treatment. Kim Yu shin is surprise that they need to kidnap Abbot Wyol Cheon from Hwa Deok temple. Deok Man was to take away Mi Shil’s divinity from her then over throw Mi Shil. Kim Yu Shin question what she is trying to achieve from that. What she is intend to do when she achieve this. Deok Man recalls her letter to King Jinpyeong

Deok Man: Your highness, your 2nd daughter, Princess of this nation, Deok Man…..there is no one in Silla including King Jinpyeong welcomes her existence, so she will definitely earn to acquire her rightful status, as King Jinpyeong’s daughter, the Royal princess of this country, the Seonggol scared blood of this nation.

Then Deok Man telling her mother what her intentions are. Deok Man wants to acquire the right to live in Gyerim without clause, that will enable Deok Man to live as Queen Maya’s daughter, that the method of way. Then Bi Dam asked Deok Man what her plans are & her intention to do & let him on it.

Then return to present in the cave where Kim Yu Shin question her reasons. Deok Man answer it coldly
