Michael Johns will be the first contestant to sing - Dream On
Randy Jackson: It had some pitch problems. It was alright for me.
Paula: You sound as good as you look.I think it was the perfect song for you. You are unbelievable.
Simon: I thought it was a good performance. I didn't like it as I like it last week.
Syesha Mercado - I Believe
Randy Jackson: Fantasia has a special connection that I didn't find with you but it was okay. Just okay.
Paula: I think this was one of your shining nights.
Simon: Technically I thought you sang it well but what it lacked was that big wave of emotion.
Jason Castro - Some Where Over the Rainbow
Randy Jackson: That was blazing molten hot. And the best so far of the night. It was a perfect song. You done a great job.
Paula: It was the perfect song, and I love that version. You done a great job.
Simon: The first time I heard that version, I wasn't sure. But the second time I love it. Third time Fantastic. But I didn't think this was your strongest vocal.
Kristy Lee Cook: Anyway
Randy Jackson: There was a ouple of pitchy moments, but I loved it though.
Paula: This was your best. Excellent
Simon: With a choice this broad, you have a chance to show who you are as an artist. You looked like a star tonight. It wasn't unbelievable but it was good. It was a smart choice of song.
David Cook: Innocent
Randy Jackson: I am not sure this was one of your strongest weeks. I didn't really get it.
Paula: You are so well defind. I believe in you.
Simon: I didn’t like this performance that much at all. I thought it was a teensy-weensy bit pompous. It was not any way near of the last two weeks.
Carly Smithson: The Show Must Go On
Randy Jackson: Another big tiger to take on. It started out good. It was pitchy in the middle when you hit the high notes but it ended up okay.
Paula: Your voice as always was pretty perfect but I didn’t feel engaged with you. Your voice sounded amazing though.
Simon: I thought it was an unusual choice of song. You oversang it and lost control of the song. I think you chose the wrong song.
David Archeluta: Angels
Randy Jackson: Check this out. That was your hottest moment of your whole season. I love it.
Paula:That sums it up for me. Fantastic.
Simon: Best song choice of the night so far, I won’t say it was your best
performance. I thought it was a bit nasally. You are going to sail through the next round.
Brooke White: You’ve Got A Friend
Randy Jackson: I liked that. For me, I don't think it was your best performance but It was OK.
Paula: That song, my sister played it over and over again. You are definitive and I love you.
Simon: It was like a pleasant walk in the park. Was it original? No. Was it pleasant? Yes. Thank you
