Synopsis

Deokman (later known as Queen Seon Deok) was born as a twin but was abandoned as a baby. She was later brought back to the Silla palace, where she joined forces with her twin sister Princess Cheonmyeng to oppose Mi-shil, who wanted to seize power. Mi-shil devised sinister plans to have the two Silla princesses exiled from the kingdom, and in a secretive battle, Princess Chonmyong was assassinated by Mi-shil. However, Princess Deokman shrewdly enlisted the help of General Kim Yusin and eliminated her archenemy Mi-shil. She became the first female ruler of the Silla kingdom.

Yushin (Uhm Tae-woong) tidak berkutik ketika Seolwon (Jun Noh-min) menuding kalau gerakan separatis Bokyahwe telah kembali dimulai. Tudingan tersebut membuat Yushin tidak tahan lagi, namun ucapan sang hwarang malah membuat posisinya makin terpojok.

Saat bicara empat mata, Putri Deokman (Lee Yo-won) langsung membentak Mishil (Go Hyeon-jeong) dengan menyebut apa yang dilakukan kubu wanita itu terhadap Yushin adalah konspirasi terselubung. Mishil langsung tersenyum penuh kemenangan, dan langsung mengutarakan bahwa biarpun sang putri begitu mempercayai Yushin, namun asal-usulnya sebagai keturunan bangsa Gaya tidak bisa dilupakan begitu saja.

Begitu diberitahu kalau muncul keberatan yang diajukan kubu Mishil, Kim Seohyeon (Ju Sung-mo) memutuskan untuk menemui Raja Jinpyeong (Jo Min-ki) demi menyampaikan isi hatinya. Ia tidak sadar bahwa diantara anak buah kepercayaannya, ada mata-mata Mishil.

Tidak cuma dipusingkan oleh masalah Yushin, kubu istana juga dibuat kebingungan oleh sikap Kim Chunchu (Yoo Seung-ho) yang sejak pulang ke Seorabol kerap keluar dari istana bersama Misaeng (Jung Woong-in). Kesamaan keduanya, termasuk soal menunggang kuda, membuat sang pangeran cepat akrab dengan adik Mishil tersebut.

Bahkan, dengan berani Misaeng membawa Chunchu ke sebuah tempat pelesiran dan menunjukkan satu-persatu gadis terbaik disana. Diam-diam, Misaeng punya rencana sendiri untuk menarik Chunchu menjadi bagian dari kubu Mishil.

Demi mendengar langsung penjelasan Yushin, Munno (Jung Ho-bin) memanggil hwarang tersebut. Ucapan Yushin yang menyebut kalau dirinya sengaja memberikan tanah milik keluarga demi tujuan yang lebih besar yaitu mengintegrasikan bangsa Gaya sebagai bagian dari Shilla sekaligus mewujudkan cita-cita penyatuan tiga kerajaan membuat sang penasehat terkejut, ia tidak menyangka tujuan Yushin begitu mulia.

Tidak mau menyerah begitu saja, Yushin balik menggertak dengan menyebut niat Mishil dan Seolwon untuk menjadikan Bojong (Baek Do-bin) sebagai pungwolju bakal ditentang banyak pihak. Siapa sangka, Seolwon mampu memberi bukti berupa pernyataan Yushin yang menyerahkan tanahnya pada bangsa Gaya. Rupanya, bukti tersebut dicuri oleh mata-mata kubu Mishil dari kediaman Kim Seohyeon.

Dalam posisi yang semakin sulit, Putri Deokman meminta Yushin untuk mengorbankan Seolji (Jung Ho-geun). Permintaan tersebut langsung ditolak, Yushin menyebut bahwa kubu Mishil tidak akan puas dan pasti bakal meminta korban baru. Ucapan itu membuat air mata Putri Deokman jatuh, itu berarti ia harus mengorbankan Yushin.

Di kediamannya saat dikunjungi oleh Bidam (Kim Nam-gil), Putri Deokman akhirnya mengaku sambil terisak bahwa ia sangat menyesal tidak bisa menunjukkan perasaan yang sesungguhnya pada Yushin. Di saat yang sama kepada Munno (Jung Ho-bin), Yushin menyebut bakal tetap menjalankan apa yang sudah direncanakannya.

Pertemuan dengan Yushin membuat Munno berpikir ulang tentang pandangannya terhadap Putri Deokman dan siapa pewaris cita-citanya untuk menyatukan tiga kerajaan. Saat berpapasan dengan Bidam, sang murid langsung menyatakan ketidakpuasannya dengan sang guru perihal peta tiga kerajaan yang disembunyikan, namun Munno hanya bicara singkat sebelum kemudian pergi.

Saat tengah membuntuti, Bidam melihat Misaeng tengah bersama Chunchu masuk ke sebuah tempat judi. Berhasil ikut menyelinap masuk, pria itu melihat bahwa dengan sengaja Misaeng membiarkan Chunchu terus menang judi.

Dengan isyarat, Bidam memberitahu Chunchu kalau dirinya sengaja dibiarkan menang. Namun Chunchu ternyata bukanlah pria bodoh, dengan senyum khasnya ia kembali membalas isyarat tersebut dengan mengatakan kalau dirinya sudah tahu semuanya.

Usaha kubu Mishil untuk menarik Yushin supaya bisa bergabung membuat Putri Deokman sedih, bahkan usaha Sohwa (Seo Young-hee) untuk menghibur gagal. Di luar kediaman sang putri, Yushin terus berdiri sambil memandang ke dalam dengan penuh kesedihan. Setelah berpikir matang, Yushin memutuskan untuk menemui Mishil.

Setelah malam tiba, Munno memasuki sebuah rumah yang ternyata ditempati oleh Yeomjong, orang yang selama ini membantunya menyusun peta tiga kerajaan. Pada pria yang juga lihai sebagai mata-mata itu, Munno menyampaikan niatnya untuk menyerahkan peta yang dibuat pada Yushin.

Ucapan tersebut didengar oleh Bidam, yang langsung terpukul karena sang guru melanggar janji yang diucapkannya bertahun-tahun lalu. Rupanya Munno punya pertimbangan sendiri, ia terkesan dengan ketulusan Yushin yang berani mengorbankan dirinya untuk tujuan yang lebih besar.

Mendengar kalau Yushin sempat lama menunggu di luar kediamannya, Putri Deokman memutuskan untuk menyusul pria itu. Apa yang dilihat selanjutnya sama sekali tidak terbayangkan, Yushin berlutut didepan Mishil dan menyatakan siap untuk takluk.

Deok Man tahu ini strategi Mi Shil. Kim Yu Shin berkata orang2 itu hanya bertani di tanah milik keluarganya. Apa salah menghargai orang dengan membiarkan mereka bercocok tanam untuk makanan mereka karena tanah mereka dulu tandus. Kim Yu Shin berkata mereka yang kurang beruntung dan dalam situasi yang tidak adil mati karena mencari kehidupan justru dianggap kejahatan. Kim yu Shin berkata pada Seol Won bahwa ini hanya asumsi saja yang tidak punya bukti kuat. Seol Won berkata memang tidak ada bukti tapi ia akan memeriksa hal ini. Kim Yu Shin bertanya pada Seol Won apa yang harus dia lakukan. Seol Won menawarkan bantuan ia akan bekerja bersama Yu Shin sehingga Kim Yu Shin akan menjadi Pungwolju tanpa keraguan.

Deok Man bertanya apa Mi Shil yang merencanakan ini untuk menjegal pengangkatan Kim Yu Shin, padahal tidak ada bukti. Mi Shil berkata tidak ada asap tanpa api. Mi shil berkata apa Deok Man dapat membuktikan bahwa Kim Yu Shin tidak ada hubungannya dengan masalah ini. Apa Deok Man dapat mempercayai Kim Yu Shin sepenuhnya. Deok Man harus melihat Kim Yu Shin bukan hanya sebagai pribadi tetapi siapa dia, Kim Yu Shin adalah keturunan Gaya dan ia adalah keluarga pemimpin. Ini membuktikan kekuatan Kim Yu Shin tapi juga kelemahannya. Mi Shil berkata bukan Kim Yu Shin-nya tapi kekuatan yang melingkupinya dan yang harus diwaspadai Deok Man. Mi Shil berkata masalah ini tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan garis yang tegas. Mi Shil mengingatkan, suka atau tidak Kim Yu Shin harus memikul beban rakyat Gaya di pundaknya. Kim Yu Shin tidak dapat membuang mereka dan dia dapat membawa mereka ke medan pertempuran.

Deok Man bertanya apa yang Mi Shil coba tawarkan. Seol Won minta Kim Yu Shin membawa pemimpin Bo Gya Hoe, maka semua kecurigaan akan sirna. Kim Yu Shin bertanya bagaimana ia tahu siapa pemimpin Bo Gya Hoe. Seol Won berkata ia mungkin tidak tahu siapa pemimpin Bo Gya Hoe, tapi jika Kim Yu Shin berhasil menangkapnya maka akan bagus sebagai jasa untuk Kim Yu Shin. Ini akan membantu pengangkatannya sebagai Pungwolju.

Al Cheon memberi salam pada Deok Man dan Kim Yu Shin. Al Cheon heran mengapa dewan Hwa Rang keberatan dengan pengangkatan Kim Yu Shin sebagai Pungwolju. Al Cheon berkata bagaimana orang2 itu yang sudah melihat perjuangan Yu Shin dalam Bi Jae bisa melakukan itu. Bahkan orang seperti Seok Bum juga tidak protes. Kim Yu Shin berkata ini karena masalah usal usul-nya sebagai orang Gaya. Ini juga mengenai pemindahan pengungsi Gaya dari Samnyangju ke tanahnya. Kali ini mereka ingin Bo Gya Hoe. Al Cheon berkata, mereka juga menyadari Bo Gya Hoe? Kim Yu Shin berkata mereka tidak asing dengan Bo Gya Hoe. Deok Man mengerti ini adalah rencana mereka dan pihak Deok Man sudah terperangkap.

Seol Won berkata mereka akan menghadapi dilema karena tangannya sudah terikat. Mi Shil berkata Kim Yu Shin harus memberikan pemimpin Bo Gya Hoe untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini. Kim Yu Shin akan kehilangan kepercayaan dari rakyat Gaya. Seol Won berkata Jika Kim Yu Shin tidak dapat mengusir kecurigaan darinya maka ia akan gagal diangkat sebagai Pungwolju. Mi Shil setuju, ini akan menghantui Kim Yu shin dalam sepanjang hidupnya. Seol Won berkata strategi terbaik yang harus diambil Yu Shin adalah bergabung dengan Mi Shil. Tapi Seol won tidak yakin bila Yu Shin akan segera menyadarinya. Mi shil berkata mereka harus paling tidak bisa memberikan bukti atas tuduhan ini. Seol Won berkata ia sudah menempatkan orang namanya Bangso di pihak Kim Seo Hyeon. Mereka selalu berkomunikasi dengan merpati pos di Iseo. Mi Shil bertanya apa Seol Won sudah menempatkan orang ini sejak Kim Seo Hyeon masuk ke Seorabeol?

Bangso melaporkan pada Kim Seo Hyeon bahwa dewan Hwa Rang menolak pengangkatan Kim Yu shin sebagai Pungwolju. Kim Seo Hyeon bertanya apa alasan mereka. Karena mereka curiga Kim Yu Shin terlibat dengan kelompok Bo Gya Hoe. Putri Man Myeong merasa nama itu tidak asing dan Kim Seo Hyeon memotong isterinya. Dia membubarkan Bangso dll. Setelah mereka pergi, Kim Seo Hyeon berkata pada isterinya ia akan ke istana. Kim seo Hyeon minta isterinya menyimpan dekrit/perjanjian dengan hati-hati. Kim Seo Hyeon menegaskan agar semua dilakukan dengan hati-hati. Kim Seo Hyeon menuju istana dan minta anak buahnya membuat persiapan. Dia meminta Bangso tinggal sampai ia kembali. Kemudian Bangso melihat Putri Man Myeong menyimpan sebuah kotak dan ia curiga.

Seo Ji menemui resimen Yonghwa dan ia masih punya urusan dengan Joo Bang. Wyol Ya datang. Seo Ji mengumumkan ini adalah anak angkat Kim Seo Hyeon dan minta mereka memberi hormat. Semua menghormat pada Wyol Ya. Wyol Ya berkata saat Kim Yu Shin diangkat menjadi Pungwolju, ia akan menggantikan Kim Yu Shin memimpin resimen Yonghwa Hyangdo. Ia akan membantu Kim yu Shin membuat resimen ini menjadi resimen terbaik di Seorabeol. Beberapa nangdo dari resimen Yonghwa berkata Kim Yu shin menghadapi halangan untuk dipilih menjadi Pungwolju. Mereka berkata Kim Yu Shin dituduh mempunyai hubungan dengan pemberontak Bo Gya Hoe.

Raja mendapat laporan dari Kim Seo Hyeon dan kaget. Raja bertanya apa benar Yu Shin memiliki hubungan dengan pemberontak Bo Gya Hoe. Kim Seo Hyeon berkata ini strategi yang dirancang Mi Shil. Raja berkata jika mereka tahu ini akan terjadi, bukankah lebih baik mereka membiarkan Bo Jong sebagai Pungwolju daripada membiarkan mereka melancarkan strategi yang lebih bagus.

Ratu Maya menemui Deok Man dan melihat Deok Man benar2 terganggu dengan masalah Kim Yu Shin dengan Mi Shil. Deok Man juga melihat ibunya tidak tenang. Deok MAn bertanya ada apa, Ratu berkata Kim Chun Chu meninggalkan istana lagi. Deok Man berkata Kim Chun Chu tidak tinggal di istana seharipun dan menolak bertemu siapapun. Ratu berkata mereka tidak perlu terlalu mencemaskan Chun Chu, karena ia masih sangat muda. Ratu merasa Chun Chu bertingkah seperti itu karena ia merindukan ibunya dan ia juga masih muda jadi reaksi pemberontakannya ini masih dapat dimengerti.

Mi Saeng mengenalkan anggur yang berkualitas dan berumur pada Chun Chu. Dia mempromosikan bahwa anggur ini sangat bagus karena disuling dengan baik tapi tidak akan memabukkan karena kadar alkoholnya rendah dan berkata bahwa ini adalah untuk panjang umur dan awet muda.

Mi Saeng mengenalkan Cheongju pada Kim Chun Chu. Cheonju adalah anggur yang bening atau transparan seperti sake. (skr harganya 33.000 won/botol).

Mi Saeng bertanya bagaimana rasanya. Kim Chun Chu mencicipi anggurnya dan berkata bahwa saat ia merasakan kelembutan dan kekuatan anggur saat masuk ke mulut dan lidahnya dengan keharuman air. Mi Saeng senang sekali karena Kim Chun Chu tepat sekali menggambarkan rasa anggur itu. Kim Chun Chu berkata saat anggur ini disuling pasti dicampur dengan bunga dan rempah2 dalam proses dasarnya. Kim Chun Chu menebak itu pasti kamperfuli dan bunga seruni. Mi Saeng heran bagaimana anak semuda Kim Chun Chu mengetahui tentang anggur sedemikian akurat. Kim Chun Chu berkata bahwa Dinasti Sui dari Cina menyuling anngurnya dengan bunga2.

Mi Saeng memperlihatkan ketakutan karena masalah ini. Kim Chun Chu menyadari ketakutan Mi Saeng dan ia tanya apa yang Mi Saeng takutkan? Mi Saeng berkata, mereka baru saja bertemu tapi sudah seperti teman lama dengan kesukaan yang sama. Mi Saeng berkata ia dengar Chun Chu tidak bisa naik kuda, ia juga sama. Tapi Mi saeng berkata ia punya bakat di bidang lain. Mi Saeng menyesap anggurnya dan menggambarkan rasanya seperti perjalanan antara kehidupan nyata dan khayangan. Kim Chun Chu berkata ini seperti seorang wanita cantik dari tanah yang sangat jauh yang menari dengan indahnya. Dae Nam Bo tidak mengerti apa yang dibicarakan oleh ayahnya dan Kim Chun Chu. Mi Saeng berkata bahwa ia harus bertemu belahan jiwanya dan mengundang Kim Chun Chu mengikutinya.

Mi Saeng mengundang Chun Chu ke Gibang (semacam tempat hiburan). Mi saeng tahu Kim Chun Chu ingin main. Mi saeng membawa Chun Chu ke kamar private dan ia menuangkan anggur untuk Chun Chu. Kemudian Mi Saeng memerintahkan layar dibuka. Seorang wanita keluar dan Mi Saeng minta gadis itu senyum dan berputar, lalu bertanya pada Chun Chu apa pendapatnya. Kim Chun Chu berkata bahwa proporsi tubuh dan wajahnya tidak konsisten. Maksudnya? Kim Chun Chu berkata jarang kecantikan tidak bisa ditemukan pada sesuatu yang tidak simetris. Kemudian wanita ke 2, Kim Chun Chu merasa ia juga sama saja. Mi Saeng dapat melihat apa maksud Chun Chu. Kim Chun Chu berkata gadis itu tidak memiliki kecantikan yang alami. Mi Saeng berkata untuk meminta gadis yang ke-3. Mi Saeng tanya bagaimana dengan dia? Kim Chun Chu ingin gadis ke-3 itu menunjukkan tangannya. Kemudian Chun Chu memintanya berputar.
Kim Chun Chu : berbaliklah dan angkat rambut diatas lehermu.

Mi Saeng berpikir Kim Chun Chu menyukai hal ini.

Kim Yu SHin menemui Moon Noh. Moon Noh ingin mendengar hal sesungguhnya dari Kim Yu Shin. Moon Noh berjanji apapun itu, ia akan merahasiakannya. Moon Noh percaya jika Kim Yu SHin menjadi Pungwolju maka akan membawa manfaat lebih dan juga sangat berarti bagi Hwa Rang tapi bagaimanapun hubungan Kim Yu Shin dengan Gaya adalah halangan. Hal ini tidak bisa dilihat dengan sederhana seperti memberi tanah untuk bercocok tanam bagi pengungsi Gaya. Moon Noh bertanya apa benar pengungsi Gaya ada di tanah Yu Shin di Amnyangju. Kim Yu Shin membenarkan. Kim Yu Shin juga berjanji tidak akan memungut pajak untuk mereka.

Moon Noh heran bahwa Yu Shin sama sekali tidak mendapat apapun. Kim Yu shin membenarkan. Kim Yu Shin melakukannya untuk mendapatkan kesetiaan dan aliansi dengan mereka. Ia akan menggunakan aliansi itu untuk memperkuat Gaya dalam jumlah dan kemudian akan mempengaruhi politikus Silla. Kim Yu Shin tahu bahwa Gaya tidak akan pernah menjadi negara sendiri dan meskipun bisa tidak akan mendapat manfaat apapun. Kim Yu Shin percaya untuk membangun kekuatan politik yang kuat di Silla, sebagai bagian dari negeri ini, mereka akan membantu Silla meraih ambisi besarnya yaitu menyatukan 3 negara dengan terjun ke medan peperangan. Ini adalah cara agar keturunan Gaya dapat bertahan. Bahkan jika ia tidak mungkin menjadi Pungwolju, ia tidak akan mengkhianati rakyat Gaya.

Bi DAm ingat Moon Noh berkata ia tidak diperlukan di Seorabeol dan minta Bi Dam pergi dengannya dan membuat persiapan. Kemudian Moon Noh berkata Bi Dam bodoh, biarpun Bi Dam memberikan semua usahanya , Moon Noh tidak yakin Bi Dam dapat melampaui Kim YU SHin. Bi Dam bertanya pada dirinya mengapa ia harus pergi.

Moon Noh berpikir Kim Yu Shin benar2 orang hebat tapi terlalu berterus terang, yang hanya akan membawa hambatan baginya. Moon Noh berpikir apa yang harus ia lakukan.

Bi Dam pergi ke kuil Deok Il Sa. Dia pergi ke kamar Moon Noh dan mencari peta topografi, tapi ia benar2 bingung saat peta itu hilang. Ia teringat Moon Noh memarahinya saat tahu Bi Dam pergi ke kuil ini.

Wyol Ya dan Seo Ji menemui Kim yu Shin, mereka mencemaskan keberatan atas pengangkatan Yu SHin sebagai Pungwolju. Seo Ji mengatakan ia bersedia ditangkap sebagai pemimpin Bo Gya Hoe. Wyol Ya berkata mereka tidak punya pilihan. Ini demi pengangkatan Kim Yu Shin. Jika Kim Yu Shin melepaskannya, ia akan terbukti bersalah dengan tuduhan mereka. Seo Ji minta Kim Yu Shin membuat keputusan dan tidak memikirkannya lagi.

Kim YU Shin bertanya mengapa mereka bereaksi seperti keinginan Mi Shil. Apa pantas membersihkan kesalahan dengan mengorbankan seseorang di altar. Wyol Ya berkata mereka tidak punya pilihan. Jika mereka dipaksa untuk menyerahkan sesuatu, paling tidak mereka harus memotong kekalahannya sedikit mungkin. Kim yu Shin bertanya apa mereka harus menyerah pada kekuatan yang lebih besar mereka tidak menyadari bahwa mereka perlu bersatu untuk menjadi kuat dan menjadi dasar ambisi besar mereka. Seo ji juga tahu itu tapi kondisinya meminta demikian. Ini satu2nya pilihan yang dapat mereka ambil. Wyol Ya minta Yu shin berpikir dengan skala luas. Kim Yu Shin menemui Deok Man dan Mi Shil. Ia berniat mundur dari pencalonan. Deok Man heran dan Mi Shil senang. Kim Yu Shin berkata ini akan menyelesaikan semua keraguan. Mi Shil bertanya apa hanya ini yang bisa ditawarkan Kim Yu Shin. Kim Yu Shin berkata ia percaya Mi Shil akan mengangkat Bo Jong sebagai Pungwolju tapi dia ingin tahu berapa yang akan menerima keputusan itu. Kim yu Shin mengingatkan bahwa semua menyaksikan apa yang terjadi di Bi Jae. Kim Yu Shin berkata ia sudah memperoleh hak untuk menjabat Pungwolju dari kemenangan Bi Jae dan kemudian digagalkan dengan situasi dan keputusan yang memberatkan pengangkatannya. Kim Yu Shin bertanya bagaimana mereka akan mengurusnya. Seol Won Rang menyerahkan pada Deok Man sebuah dokumen yang sudah ditulis Kim Yu shin untuk Bo Gya Hoe. Deok Man membukanya dan ia terkejut. Mi Shil berkata bahwa dokumen ini akan menjelaskan situasinya dan bukti semua keraguan.

Putri Man Myeon berkata pada suaminya bahwa dokumen itu hilang. Kim Seo Hyeon : apa maksudmu dokumen itu hilang?! Putri Man Myeong berkata mengenai dokumen tentang pajak tanah itu. Putri Man Myeong takut menyembunyikan dokumen itu di dalam rumah, makanya ia sembunyikan dalam kamar Mun Hee. (Pertama kalinya nama Kim Mun Hee disebut, ia adik perempuan Kim Yu Shin, kelak akan menikah dengan Kim Chun Chu dan menjadi Ratu Munmyeong)

Anak buah Kim Seo Hyeon melaporkan bahwa salah satu teman mereka Bangso menghilang. Kim Seo Hyeon kaget dan putri Man myeong bertanya apa sudah diperiksa dibagiannya. Orang itu berkata, Bangso menghilang dengan semua teman dekatnya.

Deok Man kaget dengan apa yang sudah ia baca. Seol Won menjelaskan dokumen itu adalah bukti bahwa Kim yu Shin dengan sengaja tidak memungut pajak atas tanah Amnyangju. Kim Chun Chu bertaruh no 12. Mi saeng bertanya dimana Yeom Jong. Dijawab ia ke pelabuhan. Yeom Jong sepertinya bandar langganan Mi Saeng. Sepertinya Mi saeng sengaja mengatur agar Chun Chu menang.

Bandar itu berkata Mi Saeng tidak perlu cemas, Mi Saeng menunjuk Kim Chun Chu, anak muda dengan alis yang tebal itu harus menang terus dengan cara apapun. Bandar itu mengerti. Moon Noh read out that the selection of Pungwolju was decided with the decision of 3 section of Bi Jae rest under the law of Hwa Rang & Chil Sook concur that it is hereby that Kim Yu Shin has won 2 out of the 3 Kim Yong Chu therefore said that Kim Yu Shin qualify to be proclaim as the 15th Pungwolju. Seol Won Rang said that it is indeed that he will be with the spirit he has portray in his Bi Jae then give justification concurrences to their Hwa Rang’s true motto & legacy but however before proceed to proclaim him as the next Pungwolju, Seol Won Rang has some queries fro Kim Yu Shin to explains to them that he needs verification from Kim Yu Shin to appease his doubts. Moon Noh explains that the person of intend is conscientious that it is seen as a fault, but portray in the utmost honesty. Bi Dam half guess the description as Yeom Jong said that it seems to sound a lot like Moon Noh. Moon Noh said he doesn’t not, as Moon Noh is just mere simpleton in honesty, while else his, can able to move & touch the hearts of people. Moon Noh said that for the sake of his own pride & personal glory & gain he turns his back on to the world to escape the reality of life. The person of intend is nothing like him. Yeom Jong how is that person going to do. Moon Noh said that even if the person is drowned with foul sewage, he will still insist to protect his family & his people.

Bi Dam taken aback that he realise that Moon Noh is referring to Kim Yu Shin. Yeom Jong question that this person deserve the trust that Moon Noh is entrusting him. Moon Noh meets with Kim Yu Shin over the other option that Deok Man spoke of & asked what else will he be able to do to solve the matter. Moon Noh queries for his answer. Kim Yu Shin replies that he will kneel before them, & that is not it, he will grovel is what they asked he will crawl to them as what they asked of him, even to the extent of licking their feet, he will do so. Kim Yu Shin goes to see Mi Shil at the corridors as Deok man comes along to the corridor. Mi Shil suggest that as a symbol of this affinity that She & Kim Yu Shin shared, she asked Kim Yu Shin to marry her family Yeong Mo in marriage
