WHAT TO EAT FOR DINNER ON 9 JAN 2008

Mostly everyday I will be thinking of what to cook for lunch and dinner. I am really out of idea of what to cook many times.. then maybe I should try something very simple and not too full after a meal..

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR FRIED CAULIFLOWER

cauliflower
button mushroom
carrot
garlic
cabbage
cornflour mix with water
soya sauce
sprinkle of salt
dash of pepper


step no. 1 - put oil in wok then heat up and add garlic. fry until fragrant

step no. 2 - fry the rest of the ingredients and vegetables together and stirfry till half cook and mix a little water.. Add a little more soya sauce for better taste.

step no. 3 - mix a bowl of water with some cornflour and pour it in the wok gradually and slowly till the gravy ticken and simmer the fried vegetables till it is cook.


step no. 4 - it is ready to serve with white rice

Dish Number 2 - FRIED FISH

COME AND JOIN ME FOR DINNER.. THOUGHT THE DISHES ARE SIMPLE BUT JUST GIVE IT A TRY... JOM MAKAN MAKAN.
