DINNER TIME - TWO DISHES JUST FOR YOU TO TRY OUT

CHICKEN CURRY WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
3 DRUMSTICK DEBONE
2 POTATOES BOIL TILL 3 QUARTER COOK AND SKIN PEELED
A PACKET OF CURRY GRAVY FOR CHICKEN CURRY FOUND IN THE FRIDGE
2 LEMON GRASS CRUSHED
2 SMALL ONIONS CHOPPED
CURRY LEAVES (optional) can be found when u open the back door. if you dare not ask from neighbour just take it early in the morning.
A SMALL PIECE OF CRUSHED GINGER

METHOD
1. WASH THE 3 DEBONE CHICKEN AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE. MARINATE WITH SOYA SAUCE AND PEPPER. SAME ONLYLAH THE BASIC FOR MARINATE CHICKEN BEFORE COOKING.
2. CUT THE A1 BEST ONE BRAND PACKET AND POUR INTO A BOWL. POUR IN SOME WATER IN THE PACKET TO TAKE OUT THE REMAINDER GRAVY.
3. CUT THE HEAD A BIT AND THEN CUT REMAINDER ABOUT FOUR INCHES LONG.CHRUSH THE 2 LEMON GRASS.
4. CHOPPED THE SMALL ONIONS AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES. IF GOT TEARS COME OUT FROM YOUR EYE QUICKLY WASH THEM CLEAN IN THE BATHROOM.
IF YOU HAVE THE CURRY LEAVES USE THE LEAVES ONLY OTHERWISE DON'T HAVE TO USE IT.
5. PEEL THE 3 QUARTER COOKED POTATOES AND CUT INTO WEDGES

STEPS TO COOK
1. HEAT UP THE WOK AND POUR A TABLESPOON OF OIL IN THE WOK AND POUR IN ALL THE CUT INGREDIENTS SUCH AS LEMON GRASS,CHOPPED SMALL ONIONS, CRUSHED GINGER AND CURRY LEAVES. FRY TILL A BIT FRAGRANT.
2. POUR IN THE MARINATED DEBONE CHICKEN AND CUT POTATOES IN THE WOK.
3. POUR IN THE CURRY GRAVY AND MIX THE CHICKEN AND POTATOES WELL. MIX IN WATER TILL NOT SO THICK AND TO YOUR LIKING. COOK UNDER LOW HEAT AND DASH IN A LITTLE SUGAR ABOUT HALF A TEASPOON. TASTE THE CURRY AND IF DOES NOT TASTE WELL ADD IN A LITTLE MORE SUGAR.
4. IF GRAVY START TO GET THICK AND THE POTATOES NOT COOKED AND TENDER YET ADD IN A LITTLE MORE WATER. REMEMBER DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH WATER SO THAT THE TASTE IS STILL YUMMY.
5. WHEN THE CHICKEN AND POTATOES ARE COOKED AND THE GRAVY LOOKS OKAY AND WELL OFF THE GAS.

6. SERVE HOT IN AN OVAL SHAPE CONTAINER OR BOWL



BLACK SOYA SAUCE CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
3 TO FOUR DRUMSTICKS CUT INTO THREE PIECES
BLACK SOYA SAUCE
OYSTER SAUCE
SOYA SAUCE
HONEY OPTIONAL
A LITTLE SUGAR
PEPPER
OIL FOR FRYING

Marinate the chicken drumsticks that has been cut with all the ingredients above for about 4 hours and deep fry them in a wok with oil.. when the colour change to nice dark colour it is ready to be serve with noodles or white rice.
