Synopsis

Deokman (later known as Queen Seon Deok) was born as a twin but was abandoned as a baby. She was later brought back to the Silla palace, where she joined forces with her twin sister Princess Cheonmyeng to oppose Mi-shil, who wanted to seize power. Mi-shil devised sinister plans to have the two Silla princesses exiled from the kingdom, and in a secretive battle, Princess Chonmyong was assassinated by Mi-shil. However, Princess Deokman shrewdly enlisted the help of General Kim Yusin and eliminated her archenemy Mi-shil. She became the first female ruler of the Silla kingdom.

Deokman (Lee Yo-won) memaparkan rencananya : satu-satunya cara untuk mengalahkan Mishil (Go Hyeon-jeong), yang di saat yang sama tengah menanyakan perihal gerhana matahari ke Guru Wolcheon, adalah dengan mematahkan pengaruhnya yang begitu besar di tengah kalangan rakyat.

Di luar gua, Deokman kembali meminta Yushin untuk tidak menyertainya karena setiap melihat pimpinan klan Kembang Naga itu, hati Deokman untuk pergi sejauh mungkin dan hidup bahagia bersama Yushin menguat. Ucapan itu membuat mata Yushin berkaca-kaca, apalagi Deokman menyebut bakal menggunakannya bagai bidak catur apabila pria itu tetap nekat.

Rencana pertama adalah berusaha membujuk Guru Wolcheon untuk bergabung. Sayangnya Deokman bersama Alcheon (Lee Seung-hyo) dan Bidam (Kim Nam-gil) datang terlambat. Sesampainya di kuil Hwadoek, Guru Wolcheon telah diculik organisasi misterius yang berniat memerdekakan bangsa Gaya yang dikenal dengan nama Bokyahwei.

Begitu melihat kesempatan, Jukbang (Lee Moon-shik) dan Godo (Ryu Dam) berhasil melarikan diri sambil membawa Sohwa (Seo Young-hee) yang seperti orang linglung. Namun saat pelarian, Sohwa ambruk terkena panah anak buah Mishil dan langsung dibawa pulang ke Seorabol.

Berita soal organisasi rahasia Bokyahwei tidak cuma membuat heboh kubu Mishil, yang langsung memerintahkan supaya Guru Wolcheon bisa ditemukan, namun juga Raja Jinpyeong (Jo Min-ki). Bahkan, target berikutnya Bokyahwei adalah keluarga Kim Seohyeon (Ju Sung-mo) yang dianggap bertanggung jawab membuat rakyat Shilla terusir dari Seorabol.

Tidak mampu membujuk sang ayah membuat Yushin frustrasi, ia mengalihkan kekesalannya dengan menghantamkan pedang kayunya berulang-ulang ke karang tempatnya berlatih. Mulai frustrasi karena merasa nasib Deokman sulit ditolong lagi, pikiran Yushin seolah terbuka setelah karang yang dihantamnya mendadak terbelah menjadi dua.

Merasa telah mendapat jalan keluar, Yushin kembali kerumah untuk memberitahu Kim Seohyeon supaya keluarga mereka berani mempertaruhkan segalanya. Mendadak sebuah panah melesat, pertanda bahwa anggota Bokyahwei bersiap mengincar keluarga Kim Seohyeon.

Yushin tidak tinggal diam, ia mengejar dan berhasil menundukkan beberapa anggota Bokyahwei yang mengepungnya. Di luar dugaan, Yushin menyerahkan diri dan meminta salah seorang diantaranya mengikat dan membawanya ke markas besar Bokyahwei.

Saat melarikan diri, Jukbang dan Godo bertabrakan dengan seorang pria yang tengah menempelkan pengumuman di tengah kota. Keesokan harinya, pengumuman yang membeberkan tentang anak kembar Raja Jinpyeong, ramalan kuno bangsa Shilla, hingga keberadaan putri bungsu raja kontan membuat penduduk gempar.

Desas-desus tersebut membuat Raja Jinpyeong murka, ia mengira pelakunya adalah Deokman. Padahal, dalangnya adalah Sejong (Dok Go-young) dan Hajong (Kim Jung-hyun), yang sudah tidak sabar mendongkel Raja Jinpyeong dari tahtanya. Meski tahu, Mishil hanya diam saja karena menganggap cara tersebut adalah cara pengecut. Satu-satunya yang bisa menebak jalan pikiran Mishil adalah Seolwon (Jun Noh-min).

Kubu Bokyahwei sangat terkejut saat tahu Yushin menyerahkan diri dengan suka rela, ia disambut oleh Seolji (Jung Ho-geun). Sempat adu mulut, Wolya nyaris saja menebas Yushin kalau saja tidak dihentikan oleh Wolya (Joo Sang-wook), yang langsung memperkenalkan diri sebagai pimpinan Bokyahwei karena terkesan dengan kenekatan Yushin.

Yushin ternyata datang dengan penuh perhitungan, ia membawa sertifikat tanah yang merupakan aset keluarganya untuk diberikan pada para pengungsi Gaya yang tengah menderita. Rupanya, Yushin berniat menukar semua miliknya dengan kesetiaan para personil Bokyahwei.

Di persembunyiannya, Deokman dengan tepat mampu menebak langkah kubu Mishil selanjutnya : membantai satu-persatu penduduk suku Gaya sampai ada yang mau buka mulut soal markas Bokyahwei. Diam-diam, salah seorang penduduk berniat melaporkan apa yang terjadi. Apes baginya, ia dicegat oleh Bidam (Kim Nam-gil) dan Imjong (Kang Ji-hoo).

Mata penduduk itu langsung membelalak kaget saat tahu Bidam bisa membaca bahasa isyarat yang biasa digunakan suku Gaya. Cuma ditemani oleh Bidam dan Alcheon (Lee Seung-hyo), Deokman nekat mendatangi desa Nobang dimana kelompok Bokyahwei bermarkas.

Baru saja mengendap-ngendap masuk, mereka langsung dikepung. Pertempuran nyaris saja terjadi, namun tiba-tiba terdengar suara Yushin. Sudah tentu, kehadiran Yushin membuat Deokman, Alcheon, dan Bidam kaget. Melihat Yushin begitu mengenal rombongan penyusup yang datang, Wolya sempat keheranan.

Dengan suara lantang, Yushin menyebut bahwa Deokman-lah orang yang bakal memimpin persekutuan antara Bokyahwei dengan dirinya. Tidak cuma itu, Yushin juga mengatakan kalau dirinya telah menobatkan Deokman sebagai majikannya.

Ucapan itu membuat Deokman kaget, apalagi setelah Yushin dan disusul Wolya, Seolji, anggota Bokyahwei, hingga Alcheon dan Bidam berlutut dihadapannya sambil menyatakan kesetiaan mereka mengikuti sang putri hingga ajal.

Di kuil Hwa Deok, Wyol Ya dan anak buahnya bersiap menyerbu saat tandu Mi Shil tiba di kuil Hwa Deok. Seo Ji berkata tandu itu dari istana. wyol Ya memutuskan untuk menunggu. Mi Shil dan Mi Saeng memberi salam pada pendeta Wyol Cheon. Mi Shil berterima kasih atas usaha pendeta yang sangat bagus. Pendeta berkata, So Hwa sangat sulit pulih. Mi Shil berkata ia tidak ingin membicarakan So Hwa. Mi Shil ingin tahu kapan gerhana matahari akan terjadi. Pendeta Wyol Cheon berkata permintaan Mi shil tidak masuk akal. Mi Shil bertanya apa akan ada gerhana matahari dalam waktu dekat ini.

Wyol Cheon berkata ia adalah ahli matematika dan science yang percaya pada rumus dan teori matematik. Dia bukan orang yang bisa memprediksi apa akan segera ada gerhana. Mi Shil tahu itu, tapi jika mereka memperoleh salinan Cheong Gwang Ryeol, mungkin akan ada kesempatan untuk menghitung terjadinya gerhana. (Cheong Gwang Ryeol adalah sistem kalender dari dinasti Wei Utara periode 386-534M, berdasar pada perhitungan matahari bulan. Selengkapnya dpt dipelajari disini.)

Mi Saeng mengerti bahwa Cheong Gwang Ryeol kurang akurat dibanding Dae Myeong Ryeol. Pendeta setuju, tapi jika mengenai perputaran bumi mengelilingi matahari, Cheong Gwang Ryeol lebih akurat dibanding Dae Myeong Ryeol. Mi Shil mendengar pertama kali tentang Cheong Gwang Ryeol.

Deok Man menjelaskan bahwa rakyat negri ini percaya pada mitos dan kekuatan supranatural. Mi Shil dapat melihatnya dengan baik dan mengambil kesempatan untuk menggunakannya mendapatkan kekuatan. Deok Man berkata jika itu tidak diambil dari Mi shil, maka Mi shil tidak akan kalah bahkan jika mereka memiliki kekuatan militer dan Dewan bangsawan (Hwa Baek), situasinya tidak akan berubah. Ini karena kekuatan Mi Shil berasal dari kepercayaan rakyat padanya. Mereka harus menurunkan reputasi Mi Shil sebagai penjaga stempel kerajaan dan semua mitos mengenai dirinya, jadi pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah Mi Shil harus kehilangan Wyol Cheon.

Deok Man minta Kim Yu Shin untuk meninggalkannya dan melanjutkan hidupnya sendiri. Deok Man berkata ia tidak akan meminta Yu shin bersamanya, meskipun ia berpikir Yu Shin seharusnya bersama dengannya. Kim Yu shin menanyakan alasan Deok Man. Deok Man berkata ia akan memimpin revolusi melawan negara ini.

Deok Man berkata bahwa kakaknya ingin agar dia hidup sebagai orang biasa tapi ia memutuskan untuk melakukan sebaliknya, Deok Man tidak ingin mengambil resiko dengan menyeret Yu Shin dalam jalannya. Yu shin bertanya apa Deok Man akan selalu teringat dengan Cheon Myeong setiap kali mereka saling memandang satu sama lain sehingga ia selalu merasa menyesal dan bersalah. Lebih dari itu kata Deok Man. Deok Man berkata setiap kali ia melihat Yu Shin, dia mungkin tidak akan tahan atau menahan emosinya dan hatinya akan selalu menginginkan untuk pergi dengan Yu shin dan hidup bahagia. Setiap kali ia melihat Yu shin, hatinya selalu tergoda untuk bergantung pada Yu Shin untuk dukungan dan moral, membuatnya berharap menjadi wanita biasa dan hidup bahagia.

Ini karena Yu Shin selalu mengingatkannya menjadi orang biasa tapi keadaan tidak mengijinkannya. Sulit bagi seseorang dengan perasaan seperti itu untuk memulai revolusi melawan negaranya. Deok Man hanya ingin menyimpan perasaan itu dalam hatinya untuk mengingatkannya bahwa ia adalah manusia. Jika Kim Yu Shin tetap ingin bersamanya, ia hanya akan menjadi bidak dalam catur yang dimainkan Deok Man, hal ini sangat kejam untuk Yu shin dan membuatnya bersedih. Deok Man memohon Kim Yu Shin untuk melepaskannya. Deok Man pergi dengan hati berat.

Deok Man kembali dan berkata pada Al Cheon dan Bi Dam bahwa mereka akan ke kuil Hwa Deok untuk mencari Wyol Cheon. Malam, di kuil Hwa Deok, Mi shil terlihat meninggalkan kuil di tandunya. Wyol Ya dan anak buahnya memeriksa dan Seo Ji berkata ini waktu terbaik untuk menyerang karena Mi shil dan pasukannya sudah pergi. Wyol Ya memerintah untuk bergerak.

Joo Bang terbangun karena teriakan, So Hwa dan Go Do juga bertanya ada apa. Tiba2 semua sunyi. Go Do melihat keluar dan kaget dengan mayat yang bergelimpangan. Seo Ji menodongkan pedang ke arah Wyol Cheon. Wyol Ya datang dan memberi salam pada Wyol Cheon, sudah lama mereka tidak bertemu.

Go Do memukul pintu minta agar mereka dikeluarkan. Joo Bang menyarankan Go Do untuk mendobrak pintu karena penjaga sudah mati. Go Do bersiap mendobrak saat pintu terbuka dengan mudah. Joo Bang mengajak So Hwa keluar. Anak buah Bo Jong menemukan mayat di kuil. Joo Bang menemukan kunci untuk borgol mereka. Anak buah Bo Jong melihat Joo Bang, Go Do dan So Hwa melarikan diri dan mengejar mereka. So Hwa tidak dapat berlari lagi. Joo Bang bersembunyi. Salah seorang nangdo menembakkan panah ke arah So Hwa. So Hwa tertembak dan jatuh ke tebing. Kemudian mereka sadar bahwa seharusnya mereka tidak membunuh So Hwa.

Anak buah Deok Man sampai ke kuil dan menyadari bahwa mereka terlambat. Deok Man masuk ke kamar Wyol Cheon dan menemukan diagram tentang bintang2. Deok Man memeriksa semua dokumen di meja. Bi Dam bertanya apa itu. Deok Man berkata ini kamar Wyol Cheon. Al Cheon melihat belati dengan catatan, saat dibuka ternyata Yui Ran Gwi, organisasi rahasia Gaya. Al Cheon berkata Gaya sudah menyerang lebih dulu. Jika organisasi itu sudah mengambil Wyol Cheon, maka yang akan mendapat giliran kemudian adalah keluarga Kim Yu Shin. Sementara Bi Dam menanyakan sesuatu yang tidak juga dijawab.

Mi Shil mendapat laporan bahwa Wyol Cheon diculik. Palakunya adalah Bo Gya Hoe karena mereka meninggalkan lambang Gaya di kuil Hwa Deok. Jika organisasi Bo Gya Hoe menculik Wyol Cheon, apa yang harus dilakukan. Mi Saeng bertanya mengenai So Hwa. Bo Jong berkata mereka melarikan diri. Joo Bang dan Go Do belum tertangkap, tapi So Hwa tertangkap dan luka jadi mereka mengobatinya dulu. Mi saeng merasa kelompok Bo Gya Hoe mengacaukan rencana mereka.

Se Jong mendapat laporan bahwa Seo ri sudah meninggal. Wyol Cheon juga diculik dan Mi shil mengerahkan pasukan sebanyak-banyaknya untuk mencarinya. Se Jong curiga ada yang salah. Ha Jong berkata istana terlalu sunyi dan ia gelisah dengan kesunyian ini. se Jong berkata istana tidak memiliki penerus, ini saat bagus untuk mengajukan masalah ini. se Jong berkata ia tidak akan duduk diam saja, ia akan bergerak.

Raja mendapat informasi dari Ratu Maya bahwa Deok Man muncul di istana, Ratu bertemu dengannya di kuil. Raja bertanya mengapa ia melakukan itu, bagaimana jika ia tertangkap. Ratu berkata dia mempercayai alasan Deok Man dan juga penilaiannya itulah mengapa Ratu menolong Putrinya itu. Raja berkata masalahnya mereka tidak dapat memprediksi apa yang akan dilakukan putrinya itu. Apa yang akan dilakukan Deok Man mungkin akan gagal. Jika ia ingin mendapatkan statusnya sebagai Putri Raja, maka mereka harus mengungkapkan kelahiran putri kembar dan ramalannya. Ratu berkata ia adalah seorang ibu yang telah kehilangan 3 putra dan satu putri dan dia tidak akan kehilangan anak satu-satunya jika ia dapat membantunya.

Kim Seo Hyun berkata bahwa Deok Man akan mengancam keluarga Raja dengan kehadirannya. Kim Yong Chu melaporkan bahwa sejak kematian Cheon Myeong ada rumor di tengah rakyat bahwa sentimen publik meningkat. Juga kelompok Bo Gya Hoe. Raja tahu ini akibat pemindahan rakyat Gaya ke Samyang ju, ini adalah kesalahannya.

Kim seo Hyeon pulang dan menjumpai Kim Yu Shin di depan pintu. Kim Yu shin memberi salam pada ayahnya. Yu Shin berkata ia baik2 saja. Kim Seo Hyeon bertanya tentang Deok Man. Kim Yu shin menyebut Deok Man dengan Yang Mulia. Kim Seo Hyeon tidak mengakui Deok Man sebagai Putri Raja. Kim seo hyeon tidak ingin mendengar satu katapun mengenai Deok Man. Kim yu shin berkata Deok Man akan mengambil kembali statusnya dan berharap semua mengakui dan menyambutnya. Kim Seo Hyeon kaget apa itu mungkin. Jika ia ingin diakui, maka keberadaan putri kembar harus diungkapkan. Jika ini terungkap maka Ratu Maya dan Deok Man pasti akan disingkirkan. Bagaimana Deok Man dapat diakui dengan semua hal yang bertentangan mengenainya.

Kim Seo Hyeon berkata bahwa keluarga dalam bahaya. Ia menunjukkan surat dari Bo Gya Hoe pada Yu shin. Kim yu shin bertanya mengapa keluarga mereka menjadi target. Ini karena mengusir rakyat Gaya dari Seorabeol ke Samyang Ju. Bo Gya Hoe melihat keluarga Kim Seo Hyeon adalah penghianat. Dalam momen krisis seperti ini, jika Yu Shin dikendalikan oleh perasaan dan emosi pribadi dan tidak memikirkan keselamatan keluarganya adalah benar2 bodoh. Kim Yu Shin pergi.

Kim yu shin pergi ke gunung untuk memukuli batu (Tirza: Kim Yu shin's anger management ). Yu Shin memutuskan untuk membuktikan bahwa ayahnya salah. Deok Man melihatnya dari kejauhan dan melihat Yu shin mengganti kayu pemukulnya. Deok Man berkata agar Yu Shin menahan emosinya dan bertahan. Kim Yu Shin mengakui bahwa ayahnya benar dan jika kelahiran putri kembar tidak diakui, maka Deok Man tidak akan memperoleh status Putrinya bahkan jika Yu Shin meninggalkan keluarganya, Yu Shin tetap tidak dapat membantu Deok Man, saat ia menoleh lagi ke batu besar itu, batu terbelah menjadi 2, membuat Yu shin kaget. Yu shin memeriksanya lagi dan merasa hal yang tidak mungkin dapat saja terjadi. (Tirza: If you believe, it will happen to you.)

Putri Man Myeong terkejut mengetahui suaminya mengusir putra mereka. Kim Seo Hyeon berkata ia tidak punya pilihan, ia ingin Yu shin sadar. Kim Yu shin datang dan berlutut di depan orang tuanya. Yu shin berkata ayahnya benar, tapi apa mereka harus menghancurkan Bo Gya Hoe, jika demikian mereka juga harus menghadapi kemarahan rakyat Gaya yang terusir dari Seorabeol. Kim Yu Shin berkata, karena mereka pemimpin Gaya, maka Raja Jinpyeong benar2 memerlukan kekuatan mereka itu sebabnya Mi Shil mencoba membujuk mereka untuk menjadi sekutunya. Maka jika mereka kehilangan kekuatannya maka keluarga mereka akan berakhir. Kim Yu shin berkata mereka harus bertaruh. Taruhannya adalah dirinya sendiri. Kim Yu Shin memohon agar orang tuanya mau bertaruh kepercayaan mereka padanya. Kim Yu shin pergi, ibunya sangat khawatir.

Kim Seo Hyeon berkata mereka harus menaruh semuanya dan mempercayai Yu Shin. Tiba2 sebuah anak panah melesat ke arah Kim seo Hyeon. Kim Yu shin mngejarnya. Ada pesan : Harus membunuh Kim Seo Hyeon dan Kim Yu Shin.

Kim Yu Shin menghadang penembak gelap itu, orang itu menyerang Yu shin. Yu Shin mengalahkannya dan bertanya apa ia dari Bo Gya Hoe, kemudian ada beberapa orang datang dan berkata Kim Yu shin tidak dapat bertahan dengan menawan satu orang dari mereka saja, dia akan dibunuh juga. Yu Shin mendorong orang itu dan berkata ia tidak mengambilnya sebagai tawanan dan jika mereka mau melawannya silakan saja. Bo Gya hoe membentuk formasi tapi dikalahkan oleh Yu Shin dan mengarahkan pedang ke pemimpin kelompok itu. Kim Yu shin menggunakan bagian pedang yang tidak tajam saat melawan mereka, menunjukka kemurahan hatinya. Pemimpin kelompok itu bertanya apa yang diinginkan Yu Shin. Kim Yu Shin minta agar mereka membawanya kepada pemimpin pemberontak. Kim Yu shin berkata ia adalah keturunan ke-2 Jenderal Kim Mul Yeop dan ia adalah Kim Yu Shin yang akan mereka bunuh jadi mengapa mereka ragu. Mereka membawa Kim Yu shin dengan mata tertutup dan terikat ke markas Bo Gya Hoe.

Seo Ji berkata pada Wyol Ya bahwa Kim Seo Hyeon dipercaya dan dihormati rakyat Gaya karena janjinya bahwa dia dapat melindungi rakyat Gaya. Seo Ji bertanya mengapa selama perang dengan Baekje, mereka membiarkan Kim Seo Hyeon hidup. Jadi orang yang menyelamatkan Kim Seo Hyeon waktu itu yang aku kira Moon Noh adalah orang Bo Gya hOe. Sekarang terbukti, Kim Seo Hyeon tidak dapat memenuhi janjinya. Seo Ji ingin bertempur dengan Silla. Mereka harus membunuh putra Kim Seo Hyeon dulu yaitu Kim Yu Shin. kemudian seseorang lapor bahwa Kim Yu Shin ada disini dengan keinginannya sendiri. Wyol Ya heran.

Se Jong menyebar kabar tentang keberadaan putri kembar. Lembaran berita itu sampai pada Joo Bang dan Go Do. Joo Bang memikirkan So Hwa. Paginya rakyat berkumpul di dekat poster yang mengisahkan tentang kelahiran putri kembar 20 tahun yang lalu. Adik kembar Putri Cheon Myeong sekarang ada di Seorabeol. Dikatakan bahwa Ratu maya harus diturunkan. Pengawal istana datang dan merobeknya. Raja membacanya dan bertanya pada Kim Yong Chu apa yang terjadi. raja ingin tahu siapa yang menyebarkan berita ini. Raja yakin, Mi shil ada di belakangnya.

Raja minta masalah ini diakhiri. Jika bukan Mi shil maka siapa yang melakukannya. Raja bertanya-tanya apa mungkin Deok Man. Kim Yong Chu menyebut Deok Man dengan sebutan Putri, Raja minta Kim Yong Chu berhati-hati dengan perkataannya. Raja bertanya apa mungkin Deok Man ingin membuat seluruh keluarga Raja menuju kematian karena sudah membuangnya dan sekarang ia membalas dendam pada mereka.

Bo Jong menunjukkan selebaran pada Mi Shil. Mi shil tidak suka. Se Jong berkata bukankah itu baik untuk mereka, Mi Shil dan Seol Won melihat pada Ha Jong dan curiga itu perbuatannya. Ha Jong bertanya mengapa mereka menatapnya. Seol Won berkata mereka harus menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan hati-hati. Se Jong dan Ha Jong merasa menang dengan berita itu. Jika simpati untuk Cheon Myeong berakhir maka berita tenteng si kembar akan muncul kembali. Mereka harus mengganti Ratu yang telah melahirkan anak kembar. Se Jong minta Ha Jong merahasiakan masalah ini.

Bo Jong bertanya pada ayahnya siapa yang berani melakukan ini, apakah Deok Man. Seol Won berkata ini perbuatan Ha Jong (Tirza: this guy is brilliant..ha..ha). Seol won dapat merasa bahwa Ha jOng tidak sabar, ia tahu ayahnya berhak atas takhta. Seol Won yakin Mi Shil sudah tahu mengenai itu. Seol won berkata mereka sebaiknya menunggu saja. Mengapa harus menculik Wyol Cheon? Al Cheon berkata mereka mungkin ingin membalas dendam padanya karena Wyol Cheon adalah orang Gaya yang bekerja sama dengan Silla. Deok Man sedang berpikir keras, Al Cheon bertanya apa yang dipikir Deok Man, Bi Dam berkata mereka harus mencari tahu dimana Bo Gya Hoe menyekap wyol Cheon, Bi Dam minta Deok Man memberikan perintah. Al Cheon memperingatkan Bi dam agar tidak bersikap kasar pada Deok Man, karena ia Putri Raja.

Bi Dam berkata ia sudah mendapat ijin untuk bersikap nonformal. Deok Man bertanya, Jika ia menginginkan Mi shil, apa yang akan ia lakukan. Bi Dam mendengar nama Mi Shil untuk pertama kalinya. Mi shil juga pasti mencari Wyol Cheon. Al Cheon juga berpikir.

Sementara itu, Kim Yu shin bertemu Seo Ji. seo Ji berkata mereka akan membunuh Kim Yu shin , Yu Shin tahu itu. Lalu mengapa ia datang ke sini. Kim Yu shin ingin bertemu pemimpin Bo Gya Hoe. Seo Ji berkata ia pemimpinnya. Kemudian Kim Yu Shin bertanya pada Seo Ji nama dan dari persekutuan Gaya bagian mana dirinya. Seo Ji berkata Yu shin tidak berhak bertanya. Kim Yu shin berkata jika demikian ia salah datang ke sini karena dia datang untuk menjawab pertanyaannya sendiri tentang mereka. Seo ji merasa Kim Yu Shin sombong.

Seo Ji menyalahkan keluarga Kim Yu shin karena bergabung dengan Silla. seo Ji berkata Yu shin berjanji akan melindungi Gaya tapi gagal, banyak rakyat Gaya menderita dan terusir dari tanahnya. Anak2 dan wanita mati kelaparan. Kim Yu shin berkata itu adalah hukum alam bahwa bangsa yang kalah akan menderita dan di siksa. Seo Ri murka dan mengarahkan pedang ke Kim Yu Shin. Kim Yu shin berkata bahwa kejatuhan Gaya adalah akibat kesalahan dari Raja2 ke 6 negara bagian Gaya yang tidak dapat bersatu. Yu shin bertanya apa Gaya akan berakhir dengan bertempur satu sama lain dalam tujuan balas dendam. Jika mereka akan membunuhnya lalu apa, membunuh seluruh keluarga Raja Silla, lalu apa. Apa yang akan dilakukan Seo Ji jika Seo Ji menjadi penguasa Silla. Raja Silla pasti akan memusnahkan seluruh penduduk Gaya.

Apa yang hebat dari Bo Gya Hoe jika karena mereka maka penduduk yang lain akan dibantai. Kim Yu shin bertanya apa itu yang akan mereka lakukan untuk rakyat Gaya. Kim Yu shin ingat saat Deok Man meminta Al cheon dan Yu shin mencari cara untuk bertahan dari perang dengan Baekje waktu itu. Kim yu shin menggunakan philosophy yang sama kepada Seo Ji. Seo Ji benar2 marah dan akan menyerang Yu shin, saat Wyol Ya memerintahnya berhenti dan menemui Yu Shin.

Wyol Ya bertanya apa Yu shin mempertaruhkan nyawanya hanya untuk mengatakan filosopinya itu. Kim yu shin bertanya identitas wyol Ya. Wyol Ya berkata ia dari Daegaya. Jika Yu shin tahu siapa dia, ia akan dibunuh. Akhirnya wyol Ya berkata ia dari Keluarga Raja Dae Gaya, Putra Mahkota terakhir, putra tertua Pangeran Mahkota wyol Gwang, Wyol ya. Dia pemimpin Bo Gya Hoe.

Al Cheon berkata Mi shil akan merencanakan jaringan mata-mata dan mungkin mencari informasi Wyol Cheon. Deok Man berkata memiliki jaringan mata2 tidak akan cukup untuk Bo Gya Hoe. Mi shil pasti akan menggunakan cara yang lebih cepat. Bi Dam berkata, ia tidak mengenal Mi shil. Tapi jika ia ingin tahu informasi maka ia akan mengumpulkan pengkhianat Gaya dan memaksa mereka berkata sebenarnya. Bunuh mereka satu persatu sampai mereka mengatakan kebenarannya. (Tirza: astaga, Bi Dam mewarisi kekejaman Mi Shil). Al Cheon berkata itu tidak mungkin, membantai rakyat Gaya hanya untuk informasi. Bi Dam berkata Mi Shil mungkin melakukannya.

Deok Man ingat Samyang Ju dimana rakyat Gaya ditempatkan. Ia akan mencari Wyol Cheon disana. Deok Man memerintahkan mengirimkan mata-mata ke Samyang Ju. Bi Dam senang mendapat perintah. Kim yu shin memberikan dokumen tanah milik keluarganya pada Wyol Ya. Tanah Anyang Ju. Tanah itu tidak begitu subur tapi rakyat Gaya akan dapat hidup dan meneruskan tradisinya. Tanah itu milik keluarganya. Kim Yu shin berkata ia ingin minta kesetiaan mereka sebagai balasannya. Seo Ji berpikir bahwa Kim yu Shin mengajukan permintaan gila.

Kim Yu shin berkata Wyol Ya membutuhkan tanah itu dan Kim Yu shin memerlukan Bo Gya Hoe. Kim Yu shin berkata ia mempertaruhkan semuanya untuk datang ke sini. jika ia ingin melihat kartu miliknya, maka Wyol Ya harus seimbang dengannya.

Bo Jong dan Seok Bum mencari informasi di Samyang Ju. Seok Bum mengarahkan pedang pada penduduk Gaya dan membunuh seorang penduduk. Bo Jong ingin tahu dimana Bo Gya Hoe bersembunyi. Bi Dam dan anak buah Al Cheon melihat mereka dan berkata ia benar, orang Mi shil mencari informasi dari penduduk. Kemudian mereka akan membantai seorang anak, saat ibunya berkata mereka ada di distrik Dagi. Seok Bum mengancam jika informasi itu salah, maka mereka akan memusnahkan seluruh desa. Anak buah Al Cheon berkata ada di Dagi, tapi Bi Dam berkata bukan, orang2 ini tidak takut mati. Bi Dam melihat itu di mata mereka. Mereka sangat membenci Silla. Bi Dam berkata jika kau punya kebencian, kau tidak akan dikalahkan oleh ketakutan. Mereka berbohong. Bi Dam berkata mereka harus menunggu. (Benar2 mirip, Mi shil and Bi Dam)

Bi Dam mengikuti seorang yang mencurigakan. Mereka menghadang orang itu dan bertanya ia akan pergi kemana. Bi Dam berkata mereka akan membantu, mereka bukan dari kelompok Bo Jong. Anak buah Al Cheon memeriksa orang itu dan menemukan surat dengan kode rahasia. Bi Dam membacanya dan melihat itu seperti yang biasa ditulis gurunya. Bi Dam tahu bahwa Bo Gya Hoe berada di distrik nolbang. Penduduk itu kaget, karena mereka dapat membacanya.

Bi Dam memberikan surat itu pada Deok Man. Al Cheon tanya bagaimana Bi Dam tahu membaca surat itu. Bi Dam berkata ia dan gurunya biasa menggunakan surat rahasia seperti itu. Deok Man bertanya apa guru Bi Dam ada hubungan dengan Bo Gya Hoe. Bi Dam berkata ia pernah mendengar bahwa gurunya dulu berasal dari Gaya. Al Cheon mengerahkan resimen Bi Cheon Ji do-nya. Deok Man berkata mereka akan segera menyerang. Al Cheon berkata pasukannya sedikit. Mereka harus mendapatkan Wyol Cheon segera. Deok Man tidak ingin ada konflik dengan Bo Gya Hoe, jadi mereka harus bergerak dengan rahasia.

Deok Man berkata mereka harus segera bergerak. Deok Man dan pasukannya menuju ke distrik Nolbang. Bi Dam punya hobi mengorek hidung :) dan Al Cheon harus memaksa Bi Dam bersembunyi dan bukan berdiri saja dan mengorek hidungnya. Bi Dam selalu lebih lambat. Bo Gya hOe memiliki alarm. Alarm berbunyi dan mereka terkepung. Seo Ji datang dan bertanya apa yang terjadi. Seo Ji minta mereka membuang pedangnya. Bi dam mulai mengarahkan pedangnya. wyol Ya dan Kim Yu shin keluar dan minta mereka berhenti.

Deok Man kaget melihat Kim Yu Shin ada di situ. Begitu pula Bi Dam dan Al Cheon. Kim Yu shin mendekati Deok Man dan berdiri didekatnya. Wyol Ya bertanya apa Yu Shin terlibat dengan mereka. Yu shin membenarkan dan meminta mereka menyimpan senjatanya. Wyol Ya ingin tahu alasan Yu Shin ingin bergabung dengannya. Deok Man adalah jawabannya. Deok Man bingung.

Kim Yu shin : Putri ini ada disini, Orang yang ku pilih menjadi penguasa

Deok Man terkejut dengan pengakuan Kim Yu shin. Hwarang Yu Shin, bagaimana kau..? Kim Yu shin maju ke depan. Mulai sekarang sampai seterusnya kau adalah penguasaku.

Wyol Ya berlutut di depan Deok Man dan diikuti semua Bo Gya Hoe. Seo Ji adalah orang terakhir yang berlutut. Al Cheon berlutut kemudian Bi Dam. Deok Man shock dengan semua pria di sekitarnya yang memberikan sumpah setianya, dan Kim Yu shin melepaskan cintanya untuk mendukung orang yang ia cintai menjadi penguasanya.

In the cave Kim Yu Shin question her reasons & her true intention. Deok Man answer it coldly

Deok Man: The throne….. I will become Silla’s sovereign ruler, in the exact same method on how Mi Shil took & obtain this country…therefore I need to have Abbot Wyol Cheon for this…this is the only method that I can regain my rightful status…in the exact same way as Mi Shil had done hers, that is the way to go about it….in order to do so, we must get Wyol Cheon

Everybody is surprise at Deok Man’s intention.

In Hwa Deok temple, Wyol Ya & his men are during a recce for tonight’s attack when Mi Shil’s palanquin comes to Hwa Deok temple for a visit. Seo Ji said that the palanquin comes from the palace & as what they suppose to do about it. Wyol Ya adopts a wait & see on the situation. Mi Shil & Mi Saeng greets Abbot Wyol Cheon as he invites them to sit. Mi Shil thanked Abbot Wyol Cheon for his tremendous effort. Abbot Wyol Cheon tell on the progress for So Hwa had being difficult as So Hwa emotional scars are more serious that he had perceive it to be, hence the slow progress in recovery & will require more time in treating. Mi Shil said that her visit to the temple is not to discuss about So Hwa. Abbot Wyol Cheon is surprise. Mi Shil wants to know when is the next solar eclipse going to occur. Abbot Wyol Cheon tell that Mi Shil’s request is preposterous. Mi Saeng said that this is a dire request. Mi Shil asked whether there will one soon

There was a recent solar eclipse that happened on July 22nd when Queen Seok Deok was broadcast, looking through the event of the eclipse one thinks that it is Mi Shil’s doing with the help of Abbot Wyol Cheon. It was said to be the longest solar eclipse of the 21st century & will not be surpass until the solar eclipse in June 2132.

Wyol Cheon said that he is a man of (Kyeok Mul) of mathematic & science that believes in standard formulation& theory of mathematic. Kim Yu Shin asked whether Deok man will recollect her sister Cheon Myeong’s memories each time they look at each other that Deok Man is ridden with regret & guilt. Deok Man said that it is not only that but there is more. Deok Man said that each time she looks at Kim Yu Shin, she may not able to endure or withstand the emotion & her heart will want to willed itself to elope with Kim Yu Shin to a distance land in happiness. Each time she look at Kim Yu Shin, her heart will be tempted & flutter with feelings to do so that she wishes to depend on Kim Yu Shin for support & morale, she wishes to be an ordinary woman living her life in happiness & bliss. This is because Kim Yu Shin will always render that feeling to be that ordinary person she wishes to be but circumstances will not allow her. It is hard for a person to harbour those feeling & wants to start a revolution to her nation, it is only seen as a dead end in which she will not partake. Deok Man just wish to hold on to that thought in her heart that it is a litmus paper for her to be at least feel that she is human after all. If Kim Yu Shin were to stay that he is just a pawn in her big chess board that she will play & scheme, as for her she feel that it is too cruel for him & greatly sadden her if she needs make use of Kim Yu Shin as a pawn. Deok man comes back & inform Al Cheon & Bi Dam that they will be heading to Hwa Deok temple to find out about Wyol Cheon. Nightfall at Hwa Deok temple, Mi Shil is seen leaving the temple in her palanquin after her visit with Wyol Cheon as Wyol Ya & his men is observing as Seo Ji said that it is the best time to strike since Mi Shil & her entourage is gone & only left the cadre to guard the premises. Wyol Ya asked them to execute their move & move in on the temple & take out the guards

Meanwhile Joo Bang awaken by the cries from outside then So Hwa & Go Do who could heard the racket outside & asked what is going on. Then suddenly all went silently quiet. Go Do look out the window because he is taller & shocked to see dead bodies spread outside. Seo Ji comes to Wyol Cheon chamber killing the last guards & put a blade on Wyol Cheon. It seems that they have a score to settle with Wyol Cheon. Wyol Ya comes in to reveal himself to Wyol Cheon & greets him t said that it had been a while since they had met

Meanwhile Go Do goes banging the door to asked someone to come save them when Joo Bang suggest that Go Do use his strength to break the door open since the guards are all dead & lying on the floor & there is no one alive or around. Go Do prepare himself to break the door & shoulder the door open with ease. Joo Bang encourage So Hwa to come follow them to safety & takes her along telling her that she will be fine. Bo Jong’s men comes to find that the temple is laid with corpses & goes to check it out. Joo Bang finds the keys to their handcuff & opens them as they are shocked in what they see outside with dead bodies lying massacre on the ground. Bo Jong’s men finds Joo Bang, So Hwa & Go Do fleeing from the scene & gave chase. So Hwa can’t keep up with the running & slowing down Joo Bang & Go Do. So Hwa couldn’t run anymore as Joo Bang had to leave her out in the open to hide himself as So Hwa staggers along, one of Bo Jong’s men takes his bow & arrow & aim it at So Hwa where she get hit & fall & roll off from the slope. Then they realise they are not suppose to kill So Hwa

Deok Man’s fraction comes to Hwa Deok temple to find that they are a little too late from the body counts on the ground. Then Deok Man enters Wyol Cheon’s chamber that had all the chart reading of the stars as Deok Man ran through the documents on his table. Bi Dam asked what are all this chart & writing as Deok man conform that this is Wyol Cheon’s chambers. Al Cheon notices a dagger stuck with a note pin on the post, as he unfolds it reveal the state emblem of the Gaya Confederacy the Yui Ran Gwi which mean the secret organisation Bo Gya Hoe as Al Cheon said that Gaya had already strike 1st. If Bo Gya Hoe had taken Wyol Cheon, the next on their list might be Kim Yu Shin’s family. While else Bi Dam is asking queries that he doesn’t get answer

If Bo Ga Hoe had kidnap Wyol Cheon, what else they might do. Mi Saeng asked about So Hwa. Bo Jong informs that they attempted to escape but Joo Bang & Go Do whereabouts is unknown as for So Hwa is capture but is injure so her wounds are being treated now. Mi Saeng said that Bo Ga Hoe is messing up their plans with their interference & asked whether they should bring down Bo Ga Hoe once & for all. Mi Shil wants to dispatch their cell group to look in to the matter.

Yuk Ran Gwi is the state emblem according to a legend recorded in the Samguk Yusa, in the year 42, 6 eggs descended from the heaven with message that they would be kings. Six boys were born, and within 12 days they grew mature. Se Jong is told by his son that Seo Ri had died. Seo Ri’s death had been death away in secrecy & the emerging of Bo Gya Hoe to the scene & had kidnap Wyol Cheon as ha Jong added that his mother has order to search Wyol Cheon at all cost. Ha Jong think that Wyol Cheon is an important person to Mi Shil to order such frenzy search for him. Se Jong said that Seo Ri is an important ally in their authority in Royal celestial Shrine for them, Se Jong suspect something must have gone a miss. Ha Jong said that the palace is too quiet for Ha Jong’s comfort that he is feeling anxious of the no comments situation from the palace. Se Jong said that no one will take lead in this matter of issue. Ha Jong on what issue, Se Jong tells his son that the palace now don’t have a heir apparent to succeed the throne. Se Jong thinks that this is a golden opportunity to force the issue. Ha Jong concurs but doesn’t know what his mother is thinking about. Se Jong said that he will not sit here & wait idle, they will make the 1st move

King Jinpyeong is informs by Queen Maya that Deok Man appear in the palace. Queen Maya made the arrangement to meet with her at the Royal Celestial Shrine at her request. King Jinpyeong asked why did she do that & what if she was caught then. Queen Maya who had better courage & gut after her illness tells that she trust Deok Man reason & judgement & that why she is helping her daughter in her quest. King Jinpyeong said that the problem lies in that reason itself that they can’t estimate or anticipate what she is trying to do next & whatever she is trying may end up just nil & void in her attempts. If she wants to reinstate her status as Royal Princess then they must reveal the existing of the twin birth 7 the implication of the prophesy. Queen Maya tells that she is a mother who had lost 3 sons & a daughter & she will not lose her only child if she can help it

Kim Seo Hyeon said that Deok Man is going about that will bring risk to the Royal Household in her persistence. Kim Ying Chu informs with regret to King Jinpyeong that after Princess Cheon Myeong’s passing that they are malicious rumours in the streets that public sentiment is stir up in turbulence & crimes are rampant. Kim Seo Hyeon comes home to find Kim Yu Shin at the gate of the house. Kim Yu Shin greet his father. Kim Seo Hyeon asked how is his well being that he didn’t come to any harm. Kim Yu Shin said that he is fine as Kim Seo Hyeon asked what has happened to Deok Man. Kim Yu Shin address with protocol to Deok Man as Her Highness. Kim Seo Hyeon doesn’t acknowledge Deok Man as Royal princess. Kim Seo Hyeon doesn’t want to hear another word about Deok Man. Kim Yu Shin said that Deok Man will return to her rightful status & will hope that the masses consent & acknowledge her return. Kim Seo Hyeon is shocked whether that can be accomplished. If she wants acknowledgement that she must also reveal & accept the existence of the twin. If this is disclose then it will spell the end for Queen Maya & Deok Man herself, Kim Se Hyeon question how can Deok Man be acknowledge as Royal Princess with those odds against her, there is no other way or method to over write the matter. In this sire moment of crisis, being control by personal & emotion feelings & don’t have the slightest concern about the welfare of the family is deem foolish on Kim Yu Shin’s part. Kim Yu Shin goes up to his favour mountain to go whacking at his boulder. As he train & whacks all day long at the boulder for composure that he determined to proof his father is wrong. Deok Man looks at him at the distance seeing Kim Yu Shin whacking his wooden sword on his boulder & replacing with a new wooden sword as the previous splint open & breaks. Deok Man tells Kim Yu Shin to endure his emotion & not break down & he is sure to survive this ordeal. After many splinter wooden swords later, Kim Yu Shin admits that his father is right that if the acknowledgement of the twin birth is not consider then Deok Man will not regain his Princess’s status even if he was to turn away from his family, there is no way Kim Yu Shin can help her & there is no method of way, as he turn away from the boulder, the boulder split into 2; giving rise to divinity sign that there is a method. Kim Yu Shin goes back to inspect the boulder that was is impossible is not in reality fact possible.

Princess Man Myeong is surprise that Kim Seo Hyeon send their son away with sarcasm. Kim Seo Hyeon said he had no choice that he wanted Kim Yu Shin to regain his sense of focus. Kim Seo Hyeon ask his son what is he trying to imply. Kim Yu Shin said that because they are the head of the Gaya stronghold, King Jinpyeong really needs their strength that even Mi Shil wants to persuade them to defect to her side. However if they were to lose their stronghold that it will be the end of their family as they will be nobody. Kim Seo Hyeon asked what his son is suggesting. Kim Yu Shin said they need to pawn & gamble all in a stake. The stake that they need to laid the gamble on is on Kim Yu Shin himself. Kim Yu Shin pleas with his parents to gamble their trust in him. Kim Yu Shin leaves as Princess Man Myeong is concern what their son intend to do.

Kim Seo Hyeon said that they had laid everything they has on the stakes, they just need to put trust in their son. Suddenly an arrow is shot pass Kim Seo Hyeon as the assailant runs off. Kim Yu Shin gave chase. There is a message on the arrow.

Arrow: Must killed Kim Seo Hyeon & Kim Yu Shin.

Kim Yu Shin block the path of the escaping assailant & asked to identify himself but the assailant draw his swords but Kim Yu Shin succumb him & asked whether he is from Bo Gya Hoe, then there is more to come as one of them asked Kim Yu Shin that he can’t survive this by holding one of them hostage, he will be killed anyhow. Kim Yu Shin pushes the assailant away & said he does need hostage to defend himself & urges the other to come & clash with him. Bo Gya Hoe goes into formation but get whack by Kim Yu Shin & point the blade at the leader who asked Kim Yu Shin to finish him off. Kim Yu Shin uses the back of his blade to strike them down, showing that he had offer them mercy. The leader of the assailant asked what does he wants to do. Kim Yu Shin asked them to bring him to their hideout as it need to do a parley with their Master & demand that they follow his instruction. Kim Yu Shin said that he is the 2nd descendant of General Kim Mul Yeop that he is Kim Yu Shin who they said they must killed, what are they hesitating there. They take Kim Yu Shin blindfolded & tied up to Bo Gya Hoe’s stronghold

Seo Ji tells Wyol Ya that Kim Seo Hyeon gain the respectable & revered trust of the Gaya people because of his promise that he can protect the welfare of the Gaya people. Seo Ji asked why during the war with Baekje, that they allow Kim Seo Hyeon to live.

So the truth is out that during the war it was Bo Gya Hoe that came to the assistance of Kim Seo Hyeon during when he was surrounded by Baekje army & has a narrow escape, it is because of that promise, & now it is consider void as he can’t fulfilled that promise to the people of Gaya & had them expelled to Samyang ju & countless are dying in the struggle. Kim Seo Hyeon didn’t do anything about the matter, so he had gone back on his promise. Wyol Ya asked what Seo Ji suggest, Seo Ji want to do battle with Silla with the army they have. They must 1st killed the son of Kim Seo Hyeon, Kim Yu Shin. Then one of the men informs that Kim Yu Shin is here in their camp out of his own free will. Wyol Cheon wonder what the purpose of the visit. Meanwhile Se Jong had people paste bulletin about the existence of the twin birth. The bulletin paster bangs into Joo Bang & Go Do as they plea for their life in fright but find that they got scare out of nothing. Joo Bang mumbles about So Hwa, what has happened to her. Go Do said how are they going to face Deok Man over the death of So Hwa. Joo Bang asked whether did So Hwa indeed had been killed or is she alive. Go Do doesn’t know what to think as he cries that they shouldn’t have left So Hwa behind like that. Then Joo Bang asked Go Do not to be sad & goes to read the bulletin the get a shock from reading it.

The next morning, people crowd around the bulletin board to read the bulletin about 20 years ago, Queen Maya borne a pair of twin girls, it is because she born the twin the seed of male Seonggol will vanish & calamity will befall on Silla. The deceased Princess Cheon Myeong’s younger twin is in Seorabeol. Therefore the bulletin asked for the ousting of Queen Maya. Then the palace guards came to strip the bulletin away. King Jinpyeong read the bulletin & asked Kim Yong Chu what is going on here. Kim Yong Chu had order the palace guard to strip all posted bulletin from the wall in the street but there are many had been posted & pasted. King Jinpyeong demands to know who is the culprits behind this bulletin. Kim Yong Chu said that they are still investigating the matter but he can assume that Mi Shil had a hand in this matter.

King Jinpyeong asked didn’t they to a conclusion of mutual interest to end this once & for all & never to bring this matter up. Then if it is not Mi Shil’s then who else may it be. King Jinpyeong wonder whether if it is Deok Man’s doing. Kim Yong Chu mentioned Deok Man as the younger Princess as King Jinpyeong reprimand Kim Yong Chu to be careful with his speech. King Jinpyeong asked whether Deok Man wants to pull the whole Royal Household down with one death spiral as they had abandon her & now she is seeking revenge on them

Bo Jong takes the bulletin to showed it to Mi Shil. Obviously she isn’t too pleased. Seo Won Rang asked how many of these bulletins have been posted. Mi Shil & Seol Won Rang looks at Ha Jong & suspect that is their doing. Ha Jong asked why are they staring at him. Se Jong concurs with Ha Jong that once this is out, there need to appease the rumours. Seol Won Rang said that they need threading on this issue carefully, although it is seen in our favour but they must wary if that should have any side effect back lashes that they can’t control

Ha Jong asked how we can keep surveillance on the people’s activities day & night that they need to 1st make their move, & that fall under Seol Won Rang jurisdiction & he needs to settle that. Ha Jong asked why Mi Shil is glaring at him. MI Shil said nothing, Se Jong & Ha Jong triumph from their bulletin. Se Jong said that he can’t let go on the issue of the twin birth. Once Cheon Myeong’s sympathy is over & dies down, the issue of the twins will emerge again, in then they will lodge another inquiry. They must depose the Queen who borne the twins, with that argument, they can force King Jinpyeong to conceit defeat that he had hidden the birth. Se Jong asked Ha Jong to keep between the father & son. Ha Jong promise that the matter with the bulletin is bomb proof & no one will know

Bo Jong asked his father who is so daring to post those bulletins; wouldn’t it by chance be Deok Man. Seol Won Rang answer that it is Ha Jong’s doing. Seol Won Rang could analyze that Ha Jong is impatient for his father who could smell the seat to the throne. Bo Jong said that this was done without Mi Shil’s knowledge or orders & asked whether they need to report this to Mi Shil. Seol Won Rang said that Mi Shil already have knowledge about it. Bo Jong asked why didn’t Mi Shil say anything. Seol Won Rang said that they method that Ha Jong went about it isn’t a bad idea after all, but it is under her intelligence, so she didn’t make any comments. Seol Won Rang advices that they will adopt a wait & see as this method usually come with some side effects & may have dire consequences. If it should happened then all responsibilities will fall on the hand of Se Jong. Bo Jong admires her parents intelligence. Seol Won Rang said that he is not intelligence but he is well verse in reading Mi Shil’s expression. Seol Won Rang said that Mi Shil had surpass herself even during the reign of King Jinheung, there is no one who can dare to fool Mi Shil

Bi Dam asked Deok Man what is Bo Gya Hoe as Al Cheon explains that after the fall of Gaya Confederacy a underground network name Bo Gya Hoe was established to tried to restore Gaya. Bi Dam asked why should they kidnap the Abbot Wyol Cheon. Al Cheon said that may be they are trying to seek revenge on those people from Gaya who collaborate with Silla & the fall of their nation or it could that he had close acquaintance with Mi Shil that they might want to get information from him. Bi Dam asked what are they suppose to d now. If they got there earlier, they will the ones who will kidnap Wyol Cheon. Deok man is thinking hard as Al Cheon asked what is she thinking so much about. Bi Dam said that they must find out where Bo Gya Hoe is in order to find that Wyol Cheon & asked her to give them instruction. Al Cheon reprimand Bi Dam for being rude as Deok Man is Royal Princess.

Bi Dam said she had a permission to abstain from protocol. Deok man puts out a question, if she wants Mi Shil, what will she do that how they should tune to their thoughts. Meanwhile Kim Yu Shin is brought to see Seo Ji as Kim Yu Shin blind fold is taken off. Seo Ji asked whether he is Kim Yu Shin. Kim Yu Shin address himself as the 2nd descendant of General Kim Mul Yeop & Minister Kim Seo Hyeon’s son, Kim Yu Shin. Seo Ji said that they sent the Yuk Rang Gwi emblem to Kim Seo Hyeon as they name are listed in their death list. Kim Yu Shin said he know the fact as Seo Ji asked why he came here on his own accord

Kim Yu Shin wants to meet the leader of Bo Gya Hoe. Seo Ji claims that he is the leader of the organisation. Then Kim Yu Shin asked Seo Ji the name & in which section of the Gaya confederacy is he from. Seo Ji said that he has no rights to ask these questions. Seo Ji thinks that Kim Yu Shin is arrogant in claiming his request that something never changed.

Kim Yu Shin said that it is law of nature that a defeat nation will obviously suffer to be trecherous of being persecuted. This upset Seo Ri who draw his sword on Kim Yu Shin.

Kim Yu Shin said that the failure of Gaya Confederacy is the Kings of the 6 states of Gaya can’t stand a unified stand, even after the fall of Gaya Confederacy the defeat people of the nation of Geumgwan Gaya & Daegaya continues to be logger heads therefore even with so many talents at hand, they can’t even gather in strength to withstand the opposition. Seo Ji blames that it is Geumgwan Gaya who gave Gaya Confederacy to Silla on a silver platter, it was Daegaya who fought to the last man. Geumgwan Gaya are the traitors. Daegaya fell to Silla in AD 554. Kim Yu Shin asked are they remaining Gaya going to perish by fighting each other in the name of revenge. Kim Yu Shin asked what will they achieve if they had killed him, his father, assassinate the whole Silla Royal Household then what will happened next, what will Seo Ji if Seo Ji was in the shoes of the Silla Ruler. The Silla King would immediate give order to cleanse Silla from Gaya by annihilate the whole population of Gaya from this earth & asked Seo Ji what he will do if he is the Silla King. Kim Yu Shin recalls that during the war with Baekje, Deok Man demands Al Cheon & Kim Yu Shin to go find a way out of the perilous predicament as that is the sole responsible of being the leader & the captain of their people, that is why people like the cadre will render their loyalty to them. Kim Yu Shin repeats the same philosophy to Seo Ji that they need to go find a way, that is the responsible for leaders to do so for their people in order to gain loyalty of people of Gaya to Bo Gya Hoe. If they don’t have the confidence to render that to the people, it is best they step down & diminished their role as defender of the Gaya people. Seo ji is clearly upset as he tries to strike Kim Yu Shin down when Wyol Ya order him to stop & reveal himself to Kim Yu Shin

Wyol Ya asked whether Kim Yu Shin came here risking his life to preaches that philosophy to them that they are not fit or qualified to lead the people of Gaya. Kim Yu Shin asked for the identity of Wyol Ya. Seo Ji tells that Kim Yu Shin there is no need for him to know. Wyol Ya asked that Kim Yu Shin sign his own death warrant to come here to preach to them about this philosophy. This stake is a little to wager Kim Yu Shin’s life on that gamble. Deok Man contradict that Bo Gya Hoe is an underground network society, having a spying network will not be sufficient. Deok man said that Mi Shil need to use a quicker pace to get information. Bi dam said that he doesn’t know who Mi Shil is or have the slightest interest but if it was him, the fastest way for information gathering is that he will gather those wretched Gaya people & force the truth out of them, by killing them one by one until someone stomach the truth out of Wyol Cheon’s whereabouts. Bi Dam had Mi Shil’s ruthlessness. Al Cheon thinks it is absurd that Bi Dam is suggesting that they will go out & massacre the people of Gaya to press them for information. Bi Dam said that it is not them but Mi Shil might do it. Bi Dam complaint that La Cheon is cut from the same mould as Kim Yu Shin being go straight forward

Deok Man remember about the place Samyang Ju where the Gaya are placed after their expulsion. It is there they will find Wyol Cheon & they need to hurry to go there. Deok Man orders that they need to infiltrate & spy in Samyang Ju. Bi Dam is glad that Deok Man has given orders & went happily to execute the order. Meanwhile Kim Yu Shin stakes a document to Wyol Ya. It is the deed of his family entitled land Anyang Ju. Seo Ji picks it up & showed the deed to Wyol Ya. Wyol Ya reads it, as Kim Yu Shin explain that the land may not be vast but on this land the people of Gaya can able to live life & abide by their tradition. Seo Ji asked whether Kim Yu Shin is going to surrender this land to the people of Gaya. Kim Yu Shin said that this is all the land that is entitled to his family. Wyol Ya asked whether Kim Yu Shin & his father wants their life spare because of this deed, is their life worth the value of the deed. Kim Yu Shin said that the things that he wants to buy or barter with this deed is…their divine loyalty. Seo Ji thinks that Kim Yu Shin is mad to request that they sell to him their divine loyalty.

Kim Yu Shin offers that what Wyol Ya late father Crown Prince Wyol Gwang of Daegaya or even his great grandfather the last Geumgwan King Gu Hyeon had failed, that they will here as today will accomplished that feat. Wyol Ya smiles to say that the stake is indeed a high wager as Kim Yu Shin seek alliance, is that what Kim Yu Shin wants to buy. Kim Yu Shin said that Wyol Ya needs the lands while Kim Yu Shin needs Bo Gya Hoe. Wyol Ya question what is Kim Yu Shin’s intention in suggesting & proposing an alliance. Kim Yu Shin said that he has stake everything of his to come here, if he wish to see the trump cards he has, Wyol Ya must equal that stake to make the call

Bo Jong & Seok Bum in Samyang ju squeezing information from the poor gather folks for Wyol Cheon’s whereabouts. Seok Bum draws his sword & slashes one of them down to instill fear in the population. Bo Jong what to know from the common folk the whereabout of Bo Gya Hoe’s hide out. Bi Dam & one of Al Cheon’s men observing them & said that he was correct that Mi Shil’s people are squeezing information from the population. Then they about to slay a child where his mother discloses the whereabout of the hide out at Dagi district. Seok Bum warns if the information is false, he will annihilate the whole village as a lesson. One of Al Cheon’s man over hears that it is in Dagi district but Bi Dam said that it is not correct as he can read in their eyes that the population showed no fear in their eyes because they had hatred. Bi Dam said that if you have hatreds you will never been defeated by fear, so they must had lied about the location. Bi Dam said that they should wait & see for a while & observe that something is about to happen

A man from the village has suspicious movement as Bi Dam follow him. Al Cheon men stops the villager at his track & draw his sword on him where the villager is brought to see Bi Dam. Al Cheon’s man asked the villager where is was about to go & all the village ask of them is to kill him. Bi dam said that they are trying to help & they are not from Bo Jong. Al Cheon searches the men’s body & find a letter in encrypted code. Bi Dam reads it & it look like the ancient Chinese pictogram that he & his teacher use to used for their letter & reads it that Bo Gya Hoe is in Nolbang District. The villager is shocked that he was able to read it.

The character pictogram are called Oracle Bone scripts or the bronze script

Bi Dan hands the encrypted code letter to Deok Man & tells the hide out is in Nolbang District & asked whether he is certain that it is true. Bi Dam said that it is written in the letter. Al Cheon asked how he knew how to read. Bo Dam tells that his teacher & him use to used this code in their letters. Deok Man asked whether his teacher is associated with Bo Gya Hoe. Bi Dam said that he once hear that his teacher is from Gaya. Al Cheon said that since they know where they are, they need to gather in numbers to launch an attack. Al Cheon will use his cadre from Bi Cheon Ji Do. Deok Man suggest that they will launch immediately into action. Al Cheon said that they is so few of them. Deok Man said that they can’t delay as it will bring risk to the people of Gaya that had lied to Bo Jong & his men. They must seize Wyol Cheon immediately to avoid this from happening. Deok man said that they don’t wish to have conflict with Bo Gya Hoe, so they must do this discreetly that it is best to do this themselves. Bi Dam concurs that it will be messy with a lot of people that may be a hindrance

Deok Man said that they must act on it at once. Deok Man & her men goes to Nolbang District. Bi Dam has a habit of digging his nose at odd time as they encroaches the hide out & Al Cheon had to bring Bi Dam down to hide as he just stand there digging his nose, as they go closer, Bi Dam is always a step slower, but then they already had observer in their midst who had noted their intrusion. Bo Gya Hoe is rig with alarm system as the bells started to ring. As they enter into the centre of the hide out, they are surrounded with the bang of a gong as everybody draws weapon at them. Seo Ji comes & asked who has sent them here. Seo Ji asked them to throw their swords down. Bi Dam said that he should have taken a lance instead then talk strategy with Al Cheon how to go about escaping as Bi Dam draw his sword. Wyol Ya & Kim Yu Shin comes down to see the commotion & shout them to halt their movements

Deok Man is surprise to see Kim Yu Shin there so is Bi Dam & Al Cheon. Kim Yu Shin approach Deok man & stand before her as Wyol Ya asked whether Kim Yu Shin is acquaintance with them. Kim Yu Shin said he does & asked them to put away their weapon. Wyol Ya who are these people as Kim Yu Shin asked that Wyol Ya wanted to know what his intention are in seeking alliance with him. Deok man is the answer. Deok Man is confuse. The story continues:
