WHO WILL BE THE NEWLY CROWNED MISS UNIVERSE 2008?

The Miss Universe 2008 Beauty Pageant contest will bring all together more than 80 contestants are expected to represent their country to participate from every corner of the world, including 15 from Asian countries. The first Miss Universe Beauty Pageant contest was held in the United Sates of America in 1952. From then on, it has been held by many countries all over the world.





It is the 57th Annual Miss Universe beauty pageant, will be held live at the Crown Convention Center, Diamond Bay Resort & Spa in Nha Trang, Vietnam on July 14, 2008. At the closing of the beauty pageant contest, 56th Miss Universe 2007, Royo Mori from Japan will crown her successor. During her reign, she has traveled the world as an advocate for HIV/AIDS education, research, and legislation. After the new Miss Universe is crowned, she will go on to do the same for another year.
