Outside the court, Ah Wing scolded Cheung because he thought Cheung has been accusing Cho in court. However Cheung insist that he is telling the truth. Ah Wing reminded Cheung how Cho has been treating Ah Fu and him when they needed him. He is disappointed due to all this they have become enemies. Cheung told Ah Wing he is telling the truth and there is justice.
Does this means Ching-wan and Foon-Cheung has fallen for each other?

Witness and Prosecutor (From the witness words, I guess Cheung is going to be safe and freed soon.. lets see what happens)
Wow, Cheung is found not guilty. So happy for him. Everyone there were happy too including Ah Wing. Wan gave Cheung a good close hug.
At Philippines airport, Cheung and Ah Wing meet again.
Ah Wing reminded Cheung to return to Philippines after visiting his brother, Ah Fu.
In the plane back to Hong Kong, Lam Siu-yan meets the witness. What are they up to?
Cheung soon finds out Siu-yan has been helping him and bought off the witness.
Cheung: If Fu finds out about this,I can never face him.
Ching-wan: The important thing is you are alright and your bad luck is over.Why don't you think of something to get Fu.
Cheung: I'll be fine.
Cheung, Ching-wan and Fu (Fu doesn't seem too happy to see his brother again. I don't understand why. He kept quiet as Cheung was talking to him. Seems that he prefers to be nearer to Cho whom he thought is his hero and the one who gave him a new life-what a character Fu has. He should have appreciated and known Cheung well)
Cheung: I'm so glad you are alright, Foon-lok. I'm okay too, I beat the rap. We're both very lucky.
Ching-wan: I'm glad you're both fine.
Cho: Congratulations on your lawsuit.
Cheung: Thanks for saving my brother.
Cho: Now that your brother is here, you should go home with him. I've to go.
Reunion meal with Fu and Ching-wan's family. Cheung asked them to change calling him Fu to Foon-lok. From Fu, expression I can see that he isn't vey happy being with them espeically his brother. Sill puzzled over his character.
memories of Fu before he went missing years ago. Cheung apologised to Fu for what had happened. He told him if it was not him Fu would have not been an orphan and had good life. He assure Fu that it won't happen again in future. Fu asked his brother to forget about it as nothing can bring back the past.
However, Fu said he can take good care of himself. He is a grown up now. He stopped the conversation and did not want to listen further to Chueng giving an excuse he wants to have a shower. In Fu's mind there is only Cho whom he thought was his whole world to him right now.
In another scene:
Two bad guys sitting discussing.. they are always up to something no good.
At one scene, Cho introduced Chan Kwok-kuen to Mr. Yung, the casino's boss:
Cho: Mr. Yung, Mr. Chan has a business proposal.
Chan: I wish to partner with Onisac to bid for GC Group's franchise to run the largest casino in Macau.Here's my proposal. Let's talk while we golf.
Yung: Sure.
Ronald asked his father, Yung not to trust Cho and take up the partnership with Chan. But his dad said there is no evidence he did that although he has been keeping an eye of him. Ronald is reluctant to let his dad take up the business because to him Chan Kwok-kuen is a mafia boss from Taiwan. He will be using Onisac name to clear his name. And his dad told him that he knows about it and business is abaout mutual interests. He don't mind they using Onisac's name. As long as he's not doing anything illegal.
Yung said he is also using his money all the same to put Onisac on the map in Vegas. However Ronald still have a weird feelings about this and knowing well it isn't as simple as his dad's see. Ronald is angry over his dad who is reluctant to listen to him no matter how he said it.
Tavia saw Ronald flirting with another girl in the car. He was kissing her.
Ronald: Why do I need your forgiveness
Mimi: Because I'm your girlfriend.She's not.
Ronald: What girlfriend. Till now you still don't get it. You (to the other girl) just a game. You to (Tavia) just a game.
Mimi: You should take dating seriously.
Ronald: Why are you so naive? I'm loade I don't have to be serious. I'm not good looking and I'm not a nice guy.
Ronald: We had fun. That's all.

That's the end of the relationship with both Ronald and Mimi when he dumped her that night itself.
Fu told Cheung he wants to go back to Philippines because Cho promote his post to Pit Boss.
Cheung: Foon-lok you listen to me. I know him too well. He can be very nice when things are going well. But when there's any conflict of interests, he is capable in anything. He'll betray anyone including brothers.
Fu: You'll see his true colours at the moment of truth.
Cheung: I'm glad you agree with me.
Fu: What about you?
Cheung: Me? What are you saying?
Fu: You paid off the witness. That's why you walked freely.
Cheung: Where you listen to all this?

(Fu(Bosco) knows so well how much his brother, Cheung cares for him but he really is going nuts to me, when he don't accept who he truly is- is that a good younger brother you named that? Thinking Cho(Michael) who is his good master)
Fu: Yes, this maybe my home. I don't know how to tell you this. I really don't belong here. Even when you told me about my past, after we have visited all the places, I still don't see or feel anything. My happiest moment and memories are with my friends are all at Onisac. Actually I meant to tell you when you showed me mom and dad's photo, I felt nothing about it.
