The live telecast of the 2008 Miss Universe competition takes place at 8:00 am on July 14, 2008 at the CrownConvention Center, Diamond Bay Resort, Nha Trang, Vietnam.
According to sources it was said that on June 19, 2008, the Miss Universe Organization (MUO) will publish the 2008 Miss Universe Program Book, which provides contest-related information in English. The program book will provide information on all the contestants who represent countries from all over the world, as well as feature Vietnam’s most celebrated destinations.
The Miss Universe 2008 Beauty Pageant contest has started its schedule on June 15, 2008 prior to the Final show on July 14, 2008 bringing all together more than 80 contestants are expected to represent their country to participate from every corner of the world, including 15 from Asian countries.
This year is the 57th Annual Miss Universe beauty pageant, will be held live at the Crown Convention Center, Diamond Bay Resort & Spa in Nha Trang, Vietnam on July 14, 2008. At the closing of the beauty pageant contest, 56th Miss Universe 2007, Royo Mori from Japan will crown her successor.
The final presentation show is on July 8, 2008, the dress rehearsal on July 13 and the live telecast on July 14. 2008. Most activities are being held successively in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Nha Trang, Vietnam.
Final presentation show - July 8, 2008 at 8.00pm to 10.00pm.
Dress rehearsal - July 13, 2008 at 7.00pm to 11pm
Live Crown telecast - July 14, 2008 at around 9.00am to 11.00am.
