HEALTHY BREAKFAST - MINCE CHICKEN MEAT WITH FRIED POTATOES AND TOASTED BREAD



RECIPE FOR MINCE CHICKEN MEAT FRIED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS
2 DRUMSTICKS DEBONE AND CHOPPED
3 POTATOES SLICED THINLY

FEW GARLICS CHOPPED
CORNFLOUR MIX WITH WATER IN A SMALL BOWL
DARK SOYA SAUCE
OYSTER
PEPPER AND SOYA SAUCE TO TASTE

METHOD
1.WASH THE DEBONE CHICKEN AND CHOPPED AND MARINATE WITH SOYA SAUCE,CORNFLOUR AND PEPPER
2.PEEL THE POTATOES AND CUT THINLY 3.CHOP SOME GARLIC..
4. MIX SOME CORNFLOUR TO TICKEN THE GRAVY
5. HEAT UP THE WOK AND PUT TWO TABLESPOON OF OIL
6. PUT IN THE GARLIC AND STIRFRY A WHILE TILL A LITTLE BROWN AND THEN PUT IN THE POTATOES AND STIR FRY A WHILE.
7.PUT IN THE MINCE CHICKEN MEATAS WELL AND ADD IN DARK SOYA SAUCE, SOYA SAUCE AND PEPPER AND OYSTER SAUCE TO TASTE.
8.PUT IN A PINCH OF SUGAR.
9. ADD IN WATER AND THEN ALSO THE MIX CORNFLOUR AND COOK AWHILE UNTIL THE POTATOES SOFTENS. REMEMBER NOT TO PUT TOO MUCH OF WATER AT A TIME OR ELSE UR DISH WILL NOT BE TASTY.
10. IF THE DISH NOT DARK ENOUGH DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ADD IN A LITTLE MORE DARK SOYA SAUCE.
WHEN THE CHICKEN AND POTATOES ARE DONE SERVE HOT.. IT IS OKAY TO COOK THE DISH A LITTLE LONGER SO THAT THE POTATOES WILL BE TENDER.
