3 MORE DAYS ONLY TO BOOK FREE SEATS OFFERED BY AIR ASIA BUT I HAVE NOT MADE UP MY MIND ON WHERE TO GO
can you see what I see here? Free flight seats to all over Malaysia and some oversea destination too. Wish I can have a good holiday with family and friends for a break after Chinese New Year but the date line of booking is going to end very fast.. Only three more days only from now. There is not much time to think of which destination to go yet.
All I can say now is I will just let the offer end just like dat. For those who need to go anywhere by flight I think Kota Kinabalu is a good place to go right now because they are using air bus to fly. Isn't that nice? Just pay for the airport tax alone and can fly in an airbus there.
Was dreaming of climbing the Mount Kinabalu but I don't think I have much of the strength to go all the way up there. I will surely be out of breath before I even reach even half of the destination. Another thing I like about going to Kota Kinabalu is because of it's food They have quite many choices of good nice food.
My friends from Sabah recommended me some of the places to eat if I go there. One of them is Kadazan Food at Hinompuka Cafe. It is open from 8am to 4pm daily and close on Sundays.
Other than that it is easy to find a variety of food at Warisan Square and from the shops nearby. KK wait for me I want to visit you again.
SAPPHIRE BLU SCRATCHING HEAD WHAT TO COOK FOR DINNER
As I was checking my mails just now, at the same time I was thinking of what to cook for dinner. Did not cook for lunch just now and I was thinking if I am not cooking for dinner then the answer will have to be EAT OUT of which I think it will be a NO for me today. I might as well just cook something simple. I was thinking what am I suppose to do with the four chicken drumsticks that I bought from Boulevard the other evening. Will I just fry young ginger chicken soya sauce? Or maybe just Chicken stew with mushroom?
I guess I will just have to go to the kitchen and see what mood I have. In order to cook a good meal we must have a clear mind or else we will start putting the wrong ingredients in the wok and then the taste will turn otherwise. In conclusion the dish will have to turn over night dish due to no one eating it and after forgetting to heat up that dish, you will know where it will end up. Will go to the kitchen now and see what I have in mind to cook. Be right back here again to upload the dish for tonight.
This is what I ended up cooking for dinner
Sapphire Blu at work
step number 1 cut all the ingredients nicely
step number two heat up the wok with oil and put in part of the ingredients
step number three add in the chicken that has been cut into pieces
step number 4 add in the rest of the blended ingredients
step number 5 simmer the chicken until cooked and add in soya sauce, salt and sugar to taste
step number 6 it is now ready to be served on the plate
My menu for today's dinner is Rendang Chicken taken from Sapphire Blu's recipe.

GOING FOR A SWIM AT WATERPARK, STAMPARK, JALAN STUTONG, KCH
We reached the pool a minute just after the counter has been opened. Had a quick shower and I did some bubbling in the water and he started to teach me some correct ways on how to swim breast strokes. After sometime learning very slowly from him I then realized how silly I was thinking i did the correct way all this while. Now I realized my mistakes and from tomorrow onwards before I start my new day I will try to go to the pool for at least half an hour to correct my swimming style.
Another thing I want to mention here is all this while I thought front crawl style or freestyle is easy but now I also found out that actually learning swimming at this age of mine is a very hard task. I wonder if I can swim well after another year because for the past half a year I have been wasting my time swimming wrong ways of breaststroke style. Now to change back to the correct ways is never an easy thing to do.
I will pray hard so that I can improve from time to time so that the next time I see the "man with a big belly" or nick name "xxxxx", he won't have the chance to say "
"xiao jie, lei yao dou hou chou lou ah..lei ng sik yao sui"

NEW EVERYDAY IS SPRING PLANT FROM GARDEN FRIEND NURSERY
Bought his new white vinca or I have always been calling these type of plant EVERYDAY IS SPRING. A direcet translation from chinese. Why do I call it everyday is spring, simply because it blooms and have many flowers all the time either it is a sunny or rainy day.. it loves water and it is even better when it is sunny then the flowers will look gorgeous and attractive. This vinca plant is easy to plant and all you need to do is just let it have enough water and enough sunshine. Simple right?
The rest of my vinca plants that are in their home at my mini garden
behind the vinca plants are the white hibiscus and also purple hibiscus
Just love to do a bit of gardening whenever I can.. loves to see how the happy plants bloom daily
