Is too much rain good for the plants?

The hibiscus (Bunga Raya) continue to bloom in my mini garden although it has been raining and raining non stop today. Rain, rain please go away and come again another day, as I have to clear up the mess in the garden.

It has been ages since the last time I feed the plants any vitamins naming from A to Z. If it continue to rain, the plants will be dying in no time. It is good to have shower of rain for the plants but if it continue to rain non stop the plants will be crying instead. However, I thank God for the rain or sunshine each time.
