CARDIFF, July 20, 2009 – Last night, the Miss Wales 2009 finals took place at the Cardiff International Arena, in Cardiff. Winner was 21-year-old Lucy Whitehouse of Barry.
The new Miss Wales was working as a nurse before being crowned.
She will represent Wales in the Miss World 2009 finals in Joburg, South Africa on December 12.
