Tokyo, JAPAN, May 11, 2009 – Sandra Inez Seifert, Miss Negros Occidental, was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2009, in Manila, Philippines.
She will represent her country in Miss Earth 2009, in November, in the Philippines.
