Are you hungry? Want to join me for lunch? The menu for today is chicken rice.
Ingredients to cook chicken rice
- chicken meat
- choppedgarlic
- sliced mushroom
- chinese chicken sausages
- ginger thinly sliced
- oyster sauce
- dark soya sauce
- dash of pepper
- cut some chilli padi (hot tiny chilli) when served -optional-

Method:
1. Heat up the wok and put some oil in it. Put in the chopped garlic together with thinly sliced ginger and fry till brownish.
2. Add in the cut mushrooms and the marinated chicken together and stirfry for a while.
3. Pour some oyster sauce, soya sauce and dash of pepper and continue to stirfry till fragrant but only half cooked. After that put them aside.
4. Boil white rice. Add a little dark soya sauce when you boil the rice.
5. When the rice is about to cooked pour in the half cooked fried chicken into the rice cooker. After the chicken rice is cooked wait for a while and off the rice cooker switch.
finally the rice is served on a plate and eat it together with some soup
