The 2009 Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant concluded last night Friday November 27th 2009. The winner was 20 year-old contestant #8 Candy Chang. Candy was born in Hong Kong and stands 5'7" tall. She speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin. She was crowned by the reigning Miss Chinese International Christine Kuo who is also last year's Miss Chinese Toronto. Candy will represent Toronto at the upcoming Miss Chinese International pageant in February, 2010. She will try to make back to back victories for Toronto.
