The Caribbean Barbie will try to conquer the 6th Miss U title for her island
SAN JUAN, November 12, 2009 - Mariana Paola Vicente Morales, 20, Miss Universe Rio Grande, was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2010, at the Centro de Bellas Artes of San Juan.
The 1st runner-up was Miss Universe Carolina, Ariana Rodríguez, and Miss Universe Cayey, Aideliz Hidalgo, was the 2nd runner-up.
The winner, who has already been nicknamed the "Caribbean Barbie", will try the 6th Miss Universe title for the island of Puerto Rico. She was crowned by Mayara Matos, Miss Universe 2009's 4th runner-up.
39 candidates competed.
