Representative of the Philippines wins beauty title in China
CHINA, May 4, 2009 – The Philippines' April Love Jordon, a semi-finalist at Bb Pilipinas 2009, was the winner of the International Beauty & Model Festival 2009. The pageant took place in China and the runner-ups were:
1st runner-up: Lithuania
2nd runner-up: Colombia
3rd runner-up: Gabon
4th runner-up: Russia
