Engara Melanie Amanda Gosselin, 24-year-old Graduate Management Trainee Student at the University of the is the newly crowned Miss Cook Islands 2009



Rarotonga, COOK ISLANDS - Miss Cook Islands 2009 was crowned in Rarotonga, and the winner was Engara Melanie Amanda Gosselin, Miss Rarotongan Beach Resort and Spa.

The new Miss Cook Islands, who will compete in Miss Earth and Miss South Pacific 2009, is a 24-year-old Graduate Management Trainee Student at the University of the South Pacific.

The 1st runner-up was Joyanna Myer and the second runner-up was Uirangi Bishop.
