Evelyn Lucía Manchón, from San Luis, 22, 1.76 m-tall, was crowned Miss World Argentina in a ceremony held in the city of Santiago del Estero. She will now get ready to compete in Miss World 2009, in South Africa.

Santiago del Estero, ARGENTINA – – Argentina has its three new queens for 2009, and they are:

Miss World Argentina: Evelyn Lucía Manchón, from San Luis, 22, 1.76 m-tall (photo, left);

Miss International Argentina: Mercedes Viaña, from Santiago del Estero, 18, 1.72 m-tall (photo, center);

Miss Earth Argentina: Gisela Menossi, from Cordoba, 21, 1.80 m-tall (photo, right).

They will now get prepared by national director Nadia Cerri to compete in South Africa, Macau and Philippines, respectively.
