WATERPARK AND KINESIS WELLNESS @ Stampark

I used to pay RM3.50 per entry to Waterpark @Stampark swimming pool at Stutong. Recently I came to know the entrance fees has been increased to RM5.50 per entry for adult. So I decided to apply for a season pass of which I have to pay at RM165 for three months and three weeks.. It is much better as you can go in for a swim for an unlimited time throughout the duration of time.

The Kinesis system allows over 250 exercises and movements to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Kinesis is a new experience in a new space where the body and mind are required to interact with the environment and space in which the person moves.
The person is at the centre of an intimate space with strong echoes of nature.. Kinesis introduces a high touch concept where the person is at the center stage and technology behind the scenes. The machine is as below with two strings on each sides.

A NEW HYPERMARKET IN TOWN - BOULEVARD SHOPPING COMPLEX

Calling calling everyone..WELCOME to Boulevard Shopping Complex at 4 miles. It is newly open since 19th December 2007 just a week before Christmas. Some of the shops are not ready yet and still under renovation. Since this Boulevard has been opened to the public along Jalan Datuk Tawi SLI has been jamed and packed with vehicles daily. They are also going to built a 19 storeys hotel next to it soon. Other then that they are also building a place for entertainment including a cineplex and bowling centre.. the building is in progress now.

I have one of this at home for my christmas present.. I am gonna take it whenever I go on vacation..

this is all that I have bought throughout my four hours shopping there.

At last I can have my lunch at FOOD AVENUE.. guess how much is this nasi campur?? Let me tell you... it cost RM4.
