SWEET SOUR SAUCE CHICKEN CHOP

Ingredients:

1 chicken drumstick debone and remove the skin

To marinate add in soya sauce, dash of pepper and egg white and leave them in the fridge for a few hours

1 chicken sausage
cornflour
slices of cucumber and tomatoes for garnishing

Sauce:

tomato sauce
chili sauce
oyster sauce
few slices of button mushroom and cut into cubes
1 onion cut into rings
