SINGAPORE, August 2, 2009 – Miss Ris Low was crowned Miss Singapore World 2009. The pageant was held on Friday 31st July.

Miss Low will represent Singapore in the Miss World 2009 pageant to be held on December 12, 2009 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
